When I was planning my trip to Reykjavik I didn't want to stay in an overpriced hotel as I was travelling alone. I wanted to see the real Reykjavik and live like a local for a few days. You won't go far wrong staying here. I made my booking and used the option to pay on arrival, securing the reservation...

Town House was a really great place to stay, run by a really friendly family who really went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable. Nearby to where it all happens in Reykjavik, it's ideally located for the fun and frolics of Iceland's capital, while still being far enough away to experience local hospitality and a chilled-out drink in...

This is a three room private home stay, with a shared bathroom in a lovely residential neighbourhood about 25mins walk from central Reykjavik. The Flybus+ service can take you right to the door, although my driver was a bit confused by the location. Harpa, your charming hostess, lives downstairs with her family, and is very helpful and welcoming. Whilst breakfast...

Recently returned from a trip at this cute little guest house and cannot recommend it enough. Harpa the owner is a sweetheart and happy to help you if you need anything, but also gives you your own space so you never feel like you're intruding and can easily make yourself at home. We stayed in the smallest room but we...

Very quiet neighborhood with lots of parking on the street. You can get a discount if you choose to pay cash. No breakfast but there is a full kitchen to make your own (and cookies were a bonus!). Very comfy bed and comforters. Room for 4 was quite large. Free fast wifi (about 10 down, 20 up) 7min drive to...

Harpa stayed up until we arrived around 1:30 am and was very helpfull when our Travel Agency messed up with the vouchers and handed us the wrong ones. She gave us helpul further information on what to check out in Rvk and asked us...

This is a quaint little guesthouse in a quiet neighbourhood but walkable to downtown. We stayed for two separate weekends at either end of our travels through Iceland (as two couples sharing the larger room). Harpa is the best! She's so sweet and took such good care of us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend...

The Town House Iceland is a very clean charming place to stay. First you are greeted by a beautiful warm heart lady. You can see she is really happy about assisting you to making your stay in Iceland one to remember. There are chocolates and cookie assortment waiting upon your arrival. this accommodation is definitely worth a look. The owner was very friendly throughout our stay and would discretely ask how we were getting on. The rooms are very clean and she left it a little surprise at our bedside on arrival. There isn't breakfast but there is a great kitchen to cook in and she also keeps a certain supply...

We stayed here for two nights last weekend while in Reykjavik. The welcome we received was second to none and the excellent service continued throughout our stay. The townhouse is a beautiful property situated in a residential street within a pleasant walking distance of the city centre. We didn't want to leave - it was so good. Spent all of...
