We were woken one morning by the police. We were told that we needed to leave immediately as there was not a proper license for the establishment. The owner did not offer an apology. I would not recommend anyone I know to stay here.

The positive side is that it's about 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the staff is very friendly.
Rooms are in two different building. The building we were in was a repurposed student flat and the bathroom was of average cleanliness.
If you get a cheap deal for this guesthouse, it's perfectly fine for a night or two.
