Stayed for three nights and it was a great place to stay. Minutes from the main shopping area and close to several bars. Staff were very helpful and the room was brilliant.... clean with a kitchenette with all you need. We opted for the optional breakfast basket which included more than enough bread, butter, cheese, meat, fruit, jam, nuttella, yoghurt....

Comfortable hotel, awesome location and fabulous service. The people make this place totally fabulous. Room was cosy and toasty warm. Walking distance to all the cool things in Reykjavik and the parking station opposite make it really convenient.

We stayed for 5 nights last week. Our apartment was very roomy & spotless. You get complimentary cereal, milk & juice in your room which is replenished every day along with tea & a range of coffee pods so you have all you need for breakfast. We were given a complimentary breakfast at Port 9 which is a lovely, trendy...

We spent 3 nights here in a superior studio. The apart hotel is very central for all city centre sights with cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Check in was good and although we did have an issue, it was expertly dealt with - thank you Laura. The studio on the top floor was compact but perfect. The...

Walking distance to all activities in Reykjavik yet on a quiet street. There is some construction that can be bothersome but there seems to be construction all over the city. Staff is extremely accommodating and kind, incredibly helpful with everything from recommendations for restaurants to the best tour companies.

This was our second stay here in 3 years and it is still as good (if not better) than last time. Beautifully appointed, comfortable rooms with lots of little extras (chocolates, exquisite teas/coffees), spotlessly clean and they threw in free breakfast which was fantastic. Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful, booking our transport, holding our luggage...

This hotel is amazing, and is centrally located (about 5 min from the main drag). The room is actually like a small studio apartment - it has a kitchen, fridge, and little sitting area. Our breakfast wasn't included (and is quite expensive, like everything else in Iceland), but it was close to multiple grocery stores. Lovely space - definitely recommend!

First off the Residence and Suites are situated in two beautiful old houses central to everything in Reykjavik. The rooms are quite large and very homely and each day they supply fresh milk, cereal and orange juice. There is a coffee maker with about 40 pods, a microwave and stove top. This is very handy when you consider a pizza in...

We stayed 10 days in Iceland. Our route was a big cicle all around the island and this hotel was the best place we stayed. Firstly it was almost the cheapest. Compared to the other locations, Residence Hotel is in the center of the center. Staff was very kind very helpfull. Thep supported us even for our car parking. Rooms...

I booked this hotel because it was cheaper than most of the hotels around it. And honestly, I could not have booked a better hotel. It was a perfect location, walkable to all places in Reykjavik. The front desk people were really nice, accommodating, and more than willing to help you out. The room was great. It had a small...
