Great stay if you want to be independent and provide your own breakfast etc. and stay for a few nights. Near the city center, spacious apartments, friendly staff, furniture a little worn off. Environmental friendly due to cleaning every 3 days.

I have visited this hotel several times with my family. Everything is OK. But it seems the owners are cutting costs now. Room cleaning is once a week (previously cleaning was every 3 days). This is the only minus. Generally it is a comfortable apartments with quiet environment.

I stayed here because of the location from the train station and to the city center. It did not disappoint. However, I was kept awake each night from the amount of noise from the restaurant below. The stairwell is shared with the hotel and the restaurant, but used only to service the terrace. This door would slam shut every few...

We thought we were booking a hotel but Hellsten Helsinki Parliament turned out to be more like an apartment. Once we got our heads around that, it turned out to be great; spacious, fully equipped, convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby, and with good service. The reception is open for limited hours but codes to get all the doors needed...

I am curently enjoying the Hellsten Helsinki hotel. What it lacks in amenities (e.g. pool, spa, room service, etc) it makes up for in terms of proximity to shopping, monuments, theaters and museums. Any way my room overlooks a quiet park. It is also a very quiet hotel. I only know there are people in the next rom because they...

We can recommend it. It was less than 10 minutes form the railway and busses and the city centre. Rooms very spacey, clean and quiet enough. If you want to cook and eat there, take some basics with you, like tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, maybe marmelade.

This is an appartment hotel. The rooms offer a small fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooking stove. Situated in a quiet side street. Downtown Helsinki is a 10-15 minutes walk away (or a short tram ride from several nearby tram stops). The room was rather large and very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. There is...

Sewage back flow overflows the bathroom floor when showering, even the toilet brush gets submerged. The rooms are very worn, furniture has stains and scratches, beds not of very high quality. Really th eonly thing good about the property is its central location.

We had great stay here for two days. Staff were friendly, good wifi, room was clean and large. Grateful if hair dryer could be provided at room :) Btw, you need to have own salt, pepper and oil to cook as they're not provided.
