Spent two nights at the Hotel Anna in June whilst on a solo trip around the Baltic and was very happy with the choice. The hotel is in a quiet part of town about a 15 minute walk south of the centre. Despite that there...More
I suppose in Helsinki there is very little you could say was cheap, especially hotels. This hotel was reasonably priced but positioned in the centre of Helsinki. Close to the hotel were numerous bars and restaurants which were good for dinner or lunch. It was...More
We had a rental car - no on street parking, but we previously arranged to rent a spot at the hotel, which was a few blocks away. Rooms were great - breakfast amazing. Everything we wanted to see in Helsinki was within walking distance.

To get from the airport to Helsinki city we used train transportation. That goes smooth. It took us about twenty minutes to walk to the hotel (but we got a bit lost, so probably can take less). At the end of our trip, we used a shuttle bus to get back to the airport. You can make a reservation at the hotel. Early in the morning it takes the minibus about half an hour to get to the airport. I do not exactly remember how much it did cost, but it was not very expensive.
