Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, five kinds of cheese, pastries, yogurt, walnuts, sunflower seeds, berries and so on. Prices are reasonable. But bathroom is quite small. Location is acceptable. Wellness area so nice. I would like to thank the staff.

Very modern and clean hotel. Nice architecture, build in 2020? Friendly staff and amazing rooftop wellness and spa area! Rooms are smaller than usual but still comfy and full of quality materials which makes the stay enjoyable. Menu in the hotel restaurant was quite short but still seems there is something for everyone.

This new type of hybrid hotel is a really comfortable working place, which makes it well suitable for business travelers as well as digital nomads, who are visiting Helsinki. This type of hybrid solution is also great in terms of responsibly as the facilities are always in use, instead of just being active at nights or during days. The staff is also really nice and helpful and their solutions seem to have great value.

We tasted the new menus. Both - the meat and vege options, were really tasty. The list included well-suited wines also. New interesting flavors were also found in the desserts. The service was very good and the all waiters were friendly. We were very happy after dinner.

We stayed in Helsinki onlr for one night and we are happy to have choosen Valo! A little bit outside of a downtown (but with great tram/bus connection) gives you the best way to relax after busy days. We loved the design, the eco friendly arhitectute, the breakfast with nice Finnish selections, and the cherry on top - sauna and jacuzzi on the rooftop. Simply the best! Kiitos!

Friendly and approachable hotel staff. I wanted to pray my salah before leaving but was already checked out. I asked for a quiet place by the reception and they allowed me to use one of their meeting room. It was the best experience I had in this hotel. Second was their spa. It was the most relaxing holiday i had. Very muslim-friendly.

My husband surprised me with a staycation on my birthday. Everything was super! I've stayed once before at Valo Hotel & Work last summer and I noticed huge improvement at every section at Valo. The staff was super nice, everything is clean and tidy. Although the rooms are compact, they are nice and usable. Wellness area was clean and although the dressing room (womens) was a bit crowded, it still was nice and the staff member behind the bar (girl with colourful hair) was really nice and easygoing. Restaurant Elo didn't let us down, we all took the chef's menu. The starter soup was sooo good, pork was delicious and dessert(s) were perfect. Breakfast was pretty busy (at 10 AM) but everything went surprisingly smooth and quickly. BEAUTIFUL! Thank you so much to Valo Hotel and the staff. My stay was FANTASTIC. I went as a solo traveller. The check in was extremely easy. The staff very polite and professional. Great English too. The hotel its self is truly breath taking. The natural light and the interior is really welcoming and pleasant to be in. My room was spotless (extremely clean) the facilities worked perfectly. I slept great on the bed, which was very comfortable. The bathroom was really good too. I highly commend Valo hotel's soaps and body washes, they smell great and are provided in your bathroom. The hotel is located right next to a bus stop and very close by is a 24 hour shop, along with a tram stop outside which takes you into the city centre. The breakfast was delicious. So, so fresh.
