True Luxury in a perfect location in the heart of Helsinki. Surrounded by shopping, countless restaurants, blocks from the train station and the city tram, this is a perfect base for exploring the city or country. The hotel can best be described as elegant charm. A number of small sitting rooms along with a library all connect to the small...

We stayed here one night in dec 2013. Kämp is one of the best reputation hotels in Helsinki, where also celebs stay. I had always thought it must be a great place, sort of once in a lifetime experiences. Probably my expectations were too hifh, because it was just a normal hotel with little fanier lobby and marble toilet. The...

We recently did a three night stay at Hotel Kamp during a wintertime visit to explore Helsinki. Going between Hotel Kamp and the airport was a snap, as the hotel is about a 15-20 minute, ~1/2 mile walk from the train station and at the train station is the super easy, super cosy FinnAir City Bus (6.30 € per person)....

This hotel is AMAZING! I've only been to Finland once but completely believe the reviews about it being the best in Helsinki. We arrived very late at night and were greeted by our first and last names (a first for us, even in 5 star hotels) without even saying a word. Every part of the hotel is great, but what...

We arrived very late after a delayed flight, tired. Welcome at the hotel was warm and helpful. My pre-request for no feather (allergy) had been taken into account. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautifully appointed in a traditional British type of 'gentlemen's club' style. Bathroom (with bath and shower) was as expected of a good standard. The...

I use to stay in this hotel many times, last visit was in mid November 2013. Kamp is the best hotel in Helsinki (one of my favorite cites :). Prime location, nice and big rooms, good breakfast, Sunday Brunch, nice and elegant lobby bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Staying at Kamp you feel the great atmosphere and history of the...

We stayed in the Ida Aalberg suite, which is one of the junior suites. This suite was small, but well appointed with a large bathroom and excellent corner views onto the Esplanadi. It was very cozy and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and curteous. The Brasserie Kamp restaurant was excellent and service very attentive. I would definitely stay at...

Vell done Ville and Varpu last week when I was in Helsinki and took to the bar for a glass of Lapin Kulta. Your diligence, professionalism and politeness were quite outstanding. Hopefully management will have a chance to read this and recognise the skill you both have and will put in - especially at a time when the bar is...

This is a lovely grand hotel in a central location. We stayed here for two nights in September, which was the perfect location to explore the city for such a short visit. We arrived by taxi and no one offered to help with our luggage (three large suitcases and carry on bags). The guy standing at the front entry just...

Was here on a business trip and even though my meetings were well outside the city the hotel location was great. Its right in the heart of the main shopping areas so perfect for a city break. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again for sure - its a very good hotel.

Thank John G
