I took my 8 and 5 year old children for a 6 night stay in February 2015. The hotel is 7 minutes walk (in the snow) from the town centre. It's on a main road but so quiet. The triple room accommodated the three of us easily. The cleaning staff were excellent and dealt with a nose-bleed on the sheets... More

Stayed on a one night stopover without pre-booking due to snowfall, and was pleasently surprised by the comfiness of the bed and the tasty breakfast. There is free off-road parking at rear, and out of season there was no street noise so was able to sleep very soundly.

Nice family hotel, our room was facing the backyard so it was quiet and thus the traffic did not disturb our sleep, the bed was good, too. The hotel is near the city and Arktikum museum. The breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, the hotel staff was very friendy, there was a good parking place. Just perfect for... More

This place is awesome... I organized working trips to Rovaniemi for big groups and came myself twice to this hotel and I could not be happier. The stuff is incredibly nice and helpful, food was absolutely delicious and it is very clean. Also there is a sauna in the hotel for free which many of my colleagues enjoyed. I wish... More

I stayed in the hotel with my family a few weeks ago. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fine. But the room smelled damp and fire alarm went off for minutes in our room at 2:30am. It woke us all and it kept us awake a couple of hours (including my little boy). We told the staff what... More

Hotel staff went over & beyond in taking care of our group of 13. Including storing our luggage until the rooms were ready later in the afternoon, calling taxis & rental cars for us, and giving advice on local transport options. Upon our return through Rovaniemi we needed to store 30+ pieces of luggage. We rented a room there, &... More

Stayed for 1 night during a stop over and would not recommend to stay longer than that. Hotel is not on a main street, but traffic was very noisy nevertheless. Rooms are basic but ok. Lamp in our bathroom didn't work and was just flickering. Maintenance seems not a priority. Breakfast buffet was ok.

We stayed 3 nights here in March. The rooms were basic, but adequate. The reception was very friendly and nice. No elevator, but only 2 floors so not far to haul luggage. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of selection. Easy walking to center of town- less than 10 minutes. All in all, a good stay.

Our family of 4 went into what was supposed apartment but my son's bed was in the kitchen. The bathroom had a rusted pipe and the toilet bowl a huge cracked. The breakfast food did not seem fresh but the stench of fish every night was very off putting. Would not recommend staying unless it was your only option which... More
