This is a hotel built from North Sea oil rig container living quarters. However, the place is immaculate and comfortable providing good value for money. Try to get a room not facing the highway for piece from traffic noise. Service and staff attention is 5 star.

We had an ok stay at Ibis Lerum. The staff was fantastic. Rooms are small with a large bathroom, both really clean. More electrical sockets are needed in the room, we only had two in our room. The train station is located close by and it takes 17 minutes to Gothenburg Central station. For breakfast there was a nice selection...

It's certainly no frills, but the hotel is immaculately clean and the beds are comfy. The decor needs to be updated but the staff are genuinely really friendly and go out of their way to help. The wifi is strong etc. It's not a 5 star hotel but you get what you pay for... basic but ok.

This is a basic and reasonably priced hotel, with small rooms but it is comfortable and clean. The train station is within a 10-15 minute walk for easy access to central Gothenburg. The restaurant is good and convenient. The food was fresh and very tasty (that also goes for their breakfast buffet that is included in the price). They even...

The location of the hotel is just off a dual carriageway, and is around 20mins from Gothenburg. The staff were nice and friendly. However, the hotel is massively outdated compared to similar chains in the local area. Rooms are tiny, bathrooms need refreshing, bed was uncomfortable, no air conditioning or air through flow in the rooms. Dust found in many...

This is my preferred hotel whenever I come to visit Gothenborg. the price is reasonable if you don't mind the location. Its quite central but still need at least 20-30 min walk to the Femman mall, not an issue if you have a car. The hotel is a boat which they have converted to a Ibis hotel. Contemporary breakfast included....

Life has led me to spend about 60 nights at this hotel in Lerum, outside Gothenburg, Sweden. The first reviewer is correct: the rooms are small, the room window is high so, although it is large, the view is limited. One side of the hotel has a lovely view of Lerum’s Aspen Lake, especially attractive at sunset. However, there is...

My husband I spent one night in this hotel on our way to Stockhom. It was a very small room - the bed configuration was for 3 people - a double bed with a single bunk above. There was no room for two normal size adults let along a third. The room was so tiny and no space for luggage...
