We ended our trip to Europe in Uppsala and were quite tired. We found this place to be comfortable and clean and really suited out purposes. The staff was excellent and spoke great English. Breakfast was good.

To start with, I am rating this Hotel based on what it is supposed to be, i.e. rather a low cost Hotel. Within these terms, I have to say that I was very satisfied with my overall experience. The room was small but clean with a nice view of the cathedral, the breakfast (for an extra fee) was decent and...

A hotel, located in the middle of historic Uppsala. Perfect location for the tourist or if on business downtown. But beware: Shower and toilets are shared, located in the corridor. Your room has beds, a screen, power outlets and that's about it. And breakfast is not included. Having said that, the experience is OK. First it is of course inexpensive,...

For this hotel my experience was, very cozy rooms and located near to many attractions of city. The rooms are newly renovated with modern bathrooms. The room I got was sound proof, hence I had a silent sleep during nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly even if you bug them multiple times :). I like their continental breakfast...

The staff were professional and friendly and extremely helpful in English. The elevator was tiny and stair use was encouraged with a prominent spiral staircase. We stayed on third floor. The hallway was large and decorated with a Swedish homey touch. There was a big coffee table and sofa and chairs, conducive to reading, card games, and visiting other guests....

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever been in. The breakfast and the location of this hotel was the relief from it's shortcomings. The location: the hotel is located near a tall church/cathedral, that can be seen almost from the Old Uppsala. There are also 2 great restaurants (Shotluckan and Cousteau) which locate close to the...

I booked this hotel in advance of our recent visit to Sweden, primarily because it could accommodate our family of 2 adults and one teenager. We were very pleased with everything about this hotel, including location in Uppsala, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of the room, comfort of beds, room layout, and quality of the breakfast, which was included...

There are hotels closer to the centre of Uppsala but it is only a pleasant 10 minute walk to the train station. From there it is easy to get to Stockholm or Arlanda airport. The hotel has free tea / coffee on each floor. The rooms are very quiet and I heard nothing once inside. Wifi worked very well and...

The place is great. The rooms are clean and nice decorated. Some of them have also really nice view (it depends which floor you are staying). The staff is very kind and helpful. It is also located in the city center and very close to the castle. I would highly recommended to everyone that is visiting Uppsala.

We stayed here in August 2015 while taking our son to start his Erasmus year at Uppsala University. We had a mini holiday at the same time. The room was comfortable, staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good. The hotel's location is very convenient for the centre of town and just a short walk from the bus station. It...
