This was a horrid hostel. The worst one ever which I had tried. Bed bugs, bad air-flow, smelly bathrooms and toilets. You could find a better hostel or hotel in the area for the same price range.. or a little bit more. Not recommended for ladies who travelled alone.

As others said the only positive thing is the location, check in and out was easy and fast. I stayed at the single room for one night only. about 60€ per night. It was very small, barely accommodating the single bed, there is a small tv, the bed was uncomfortable, pillow and cover was very old and dirty. Bed sheets... More

Only good reason to stay here is because of the location, its located just 10 mins walk from Central Station. Most people who stay here are weird, and all the room are in the basement. You have to pay extra to rent a bed sheet. The pillow is very old and dirty. Many facilities are broken! The price is very... More

I really don't recommend this place. The atmosphere was really weird. Most of the people in our room - we got the big one, with around 25 beds- were living there. It is not a dynamic our youth hostel at all, and the average of age (of those people of ''long stay'''was around 60 yrs). The kitchen was plenty of... More

The hotel is located very close to the Gamla Stan, the center of the city, but the staff is very unpolite. They don't say hello, they ask you to pay to leave the luggage in the reception...And the hostel only has two toilets and showers for all the rooms. If you can afford going to another hotel or hostel, do... More

We didn't have other choices for the easter's weekend, we chose this hostel, in which all the rooms are basically in a basement with no windows and little air. In addition, the room was not well cleaned and I could see the dust flyng around (I'm allergic, so it wasn't really pleasant). The WORST things are the two rules of... More

I could have never expected something such bad as this: - The Hostel is full of inmigrants and homeless people that live there. I have never been so frightened, specially when one of them started to talk with another one pointing at me and laughing. Sometimes they just stop walking and stare at you standing still. - It is a... More

No windows on the rooms(called cabins), which means NO AIR and NO LIGHT. Everything looks dirty and the furniture literally falls apart. 4 shower and 4 toilets / 50-60 persons . Showers and toilets are dirty and stink. The receptionist is a very unfriendly. Breakfast they don't serve under low season and anyway it costs 60 kr which is way... More

We went there as a group and it was certainly not how we expected it to be. Some of the dorms don't even have windows, neither air conditionning ! The staff sleeps under the stairs and yell at the clients if they make too much noise (being noisy is somehow normal in a hostel since it is full of young... More

We rented a private double room - and were surprised that the room was located in the middle of a the sleeping dorm and had the bunk bed - we could have as well taken a bed in the dorm. The shared toilets were a terrible mess and smelled bad, one almost puked when brushing teeth. The staff was not... More
