We stayed in First Hotel Fridhemsplan for 1 night after the Europa League Final. Due to this game, price was quite high. Rooms are in excellent condition, nice bathroom. Hotel is quiet, good breakfast. Close to two subway stations.

We had a great one day stay in this hotel. Went back here after I first visited some years ago. It's centrally located, near a few (small) bars, restaurants and a big park. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good as well! Staff is helpfull and hospitable! Although prices are high in Stockholm, this hotel has a good...

If in a big city and is stranded in the middle of the night, what you need is a friendly person at the hotel you just found that takes care of the situation and makes you feel welcome. You don't need a person that gives you that weird feeling that you are disturbing. Please First Hotel: smile and make the...

As one of the cheaper hotel choices (that are still decent), a good one. The room (double, with window) was one of the smallest I've ever been in but it was enough for sleep so that's good. The bathroom door didn't close properly (it wasn't broken, it was a design choice) so you get to know your roommate in new...

Chose this hotel for an overnight stay before departing Stockholm mainly because of the reasonable price . We arrived very late but were expected and found the reception friendly and efficient . It was the first time we had stayed in a room with no windows . The hotel has two floors below floor level but the room was adequate...

I needed to stay one night on Kungsholmen and found this hotel to have reasonable prices for their rooms. I opted for a room with windows, and also twin bed (140 cm) even though I was alone. The room was small but functional. The bathroom had a shower and was clean and with good lightning. Of course the floor was...

It is hard to miss the convenient prices that this hotel offers and thanks to its location it is easy to see why You should seriously consider it at least on paper. In reality rooms have a disturbing decorations with almost "nightclubish" lights. They do not receive high standard of cleanliness either but it is tolerable. What is not tolerable...

I liked this hotel. Although it is not very fancy, but has everything you need. Great breakfast. Kettle, cups, cutlery and mini refrigerator - this is something I was missing. Great location, many shops around and also beautiful coastal nearby for a walk.

Thank Agnishka

Staying in Kungsholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.
