The hotel room was dirty. They had shifted the beds to join, and they didn't clean the floor after shifting. The floor was sticky and we had to call the staff to clean it. The worst part was bathroom. The panel was broken into 2 pieces. I wonder how could get give such a room to any guest?? After we...

Good value for money, really central location. The room was very clean, spacious and nicely layout, plenty of natural light. The breakfast was good and the service friendly and helpful.

Interesting hotel, as it shares the building with other companies. After entering the reception you walk up the stairs and at each plateau you can enter a specific section of the hotel. The staircase can be entered directly from the street as well, without going through the hotel reception. It's definitely not what one would call a business hotel, but...

This is a good hotel with a few set backs. Rick Steve's touts this as a hotel that when asked will provide a 10% discount. They do not give a discount (we asked everyday) as they say a discount has already been provided when booked online. Their internet access is ONLY available on the 1 computer in the lobby (not...

My daughter and I spent four nights in Stockholm and were very satisfied with the hotel. Only drawback was the tiny shower but with plentiful hot water. Excellent staff. They opened up the dining room so we could have breakfast before an early morning train. Also enjoyed the Drottninghof Restaurant, just doors away, run by the same owners. Returned for...

This hotel is well located on a pedestrian walkway near the center of the city. Good restaurants are nearby and an ATM machine is two blocks away. The rooms are basic but clean and the breakfast is satisfactory, overall I think the hotel is a good value and a friendly helpful staff.

Stockholm is an expensive city, so if you’re on a tight budget perhaps you’ll need to give up something. This hotel is not luxurious, but it has a great location right on the pedestrian shopping street. From there you are at short walking distance from Gamla Stan, as well as the central train station and bus station. The hotel is...

I recently had 3 very pleasant nights in this hotel.Staff are very friendly & helpful. Nothing too much trouble. I arrived 2am & was treated very politely. Breakfast is excellent & plentiful. Queens Hotel is on main pedestrian area & only 10 minutes walk from Central Terminus. Stay here & be sure of warm welcome.

I chose this hotel because of price and location, and I got what I expected and paid for. The room was large (it was actually two rooms), and I liked that the building and interiors still had some of its old charm left (wooden floors and high ceiling for example). Unfortunately, it was quite worn, although clean. The staff was...

Stayed here with some friends in February 2012. Great location, good value, good breakfast. Rooms were clean but very simple and could have used a fresh coat of paint. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
