We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in July 2012. When trying to book a hotel over the internet a couple of months before, we quickly noticed that for this particular week, there wasn't any hotel in the city centre offering a double room below 100 EUR / night... most of them started at 140 EUR or more. We...

I just arrived from a trip that I stayed 2 day at Scandic Hotel. The Hotel is very good! It's seems like an old build but the rooms are new and big! The location is perfect! It's a walking distance to the main street and the principals sightseens! I really recommend!

I didn't pay very much for the place. The hotel was very nice, in a great location, clean, and had lots of things to offer. The breakfast was nice with many choices. It's only 2 minutes walk to the main walking street and I could walk to all the sights, shopping, night clubs, and subway stations. Really worth the money....

We stayed in the Junior Suite at this hotel and it was perfect for our family of 4. Since we were in Stockholm for 4 days the regular room with 2 extra cots for the kids would have been small. It was nice to have an extra sitting area (There was one room with a king-sized bed and a sitting...

This is not a typical Scandic tourist hotel, but a tourist hotel with charm and atmosphere. The hotel is located in 2 or 3 buildings which gives many of the rooms individual interiors. The rooms are However still scandic-like, including the basics stuff. The breakfast buffet is big and includes all that you need. The location is super – with...

Nice rooms, but some noice from the streets (people, trucks etc). Long walking distance to rooms located on the upper floors. Nice breakfast, but a little bit filled.

I had the budget singel room and it was very comfortable. nice shower and everything in the room. Tea and coffee maker and even a iron with iron board. The breakfast was very good by European standards with plenty of choice. only negative was the Elevator, they have only one and the hotel is too big and busy to have...

I loved staying in this hotel during my Stockholm visit. Not far from the main train station and Cityterminalen, but not as close as it might be noisy. Also, right next to the Drottninggatan street, which is very lively in the evening. Just follow this street and you'll find yourself right in the Old Town! The hotel provides Internet connection...

Stockholm can be a quite expensive city . Visiting for the first time we inquired with our travel agent and did own research online. Scandic is a quality chain in northern Europe - but not 'chain-type' properties. The Norra Bantorget turned out to be exactly what we were after..... nice comfortable hotel, very well located for walking and touring the...

The hotel was very centrally located about a 5-7 min walk from the main train/bus terminal. 2-3 minutes from the Casino Near lots of restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and good. The only negative is that my room was on the other end of the hotel and I had to...
