This hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly and our room was spacious and clean. However, we would definitely not recommend to anyone else due to the thumping music that kept us awake into the small hours. The hotel appears to be trying to create an environment that is grand at the same time as cool, but...

The hotel is very centrally located. There is some warning given about noise from a very popular nightclub that is also accommodated at the hotel but we found no difficulties. The staff also specifically mention this fact and advise you about room allocation The dining room is extremely grand and is used for both dinner and breakfast. Our room was...

My second visit here. Great location right by the water and as luck would have it, lots of snow. The city was idyllic. The front of house staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I was checked in easily and hey helped me find a nice restaurant to eat that night. The room was compact but functional, bathroom has nice...

Loved my stay at the Berns! Asian restaurant is great, nice breakfast, VIP writsband to five clubs. This is not a quiet family oriented hotel, but if you like upscale dinners and party atmosphere there is no other place to be. Retired people or those with young kids should look elsewhere. Walking distance to fashionable district as well as Stureplan...

The front desk is very friendly and accomodating. There is no concierge, but they do the best they can. Some desk people have more expertise than others and really know their area. I do think people who are newer should check with the seasoned receptionist. One new, very nice young man, sent us to the wrong dock for a canal...

Very well located near a terminus for boats etc.....fabulous dining room and comfortable rooms and friendly reception......the only downside was the noise from the nightclub which ruined the atmosphere in the restaurant and can be noisy in some rooms... reception staff ensured that we avoided those rooms ...thanks

I have been staying at Berns for many years when I visit Stockholm for work and weekend visits. The location is great, near the old town, shopping and some nice neighborhoods to walk through. In addition it a reasonable walk to the seaside. Berns has a very enjoyable breakfast and an excellent Asian restaurant. The rooms are usually of good...

Stayed with a large group, overall the place is impressive (see the pictures) and the staff was helpful. One point I'd like to make is that there is a nightclub attached to the hotel and I went to bed at 4 AM and the walls of my room were thumping from the vibrations below even though I was on the...
