Wonderful hotel with perfection in its design, cleanliness and service. This is a great location too. One of the best pool and fitness centres I've come across. The pool is like an ancient Roman bath, a great place to relax. Beautiful staff who will look...More
We had a two bedroom suite that included a kitchen, a dining room and a beautiful living room! The master bedroom was huge with every amenity you could possibly need. We also had a small balcony. The location was perfect....overlooked the royal palace.
We had a junior suite and it was very spacious with a fabulous marble bathroom. It overlooked the harbor which was fun to watch but it also was slightly noisy as we were there during Eurovision. Bands playing till 4:30 in the morning and then...More

Norrmalm is Stockholm’s most central and busiest neighborhood. It’s home to the main shopping street, Drottninggatan, and to Stockholm icons like the Sergels Torg glass obelisk, the famous Hay Market with its Carl Milles sculptures, and the Hötorget Skyscrapers, a sight on every other Stockholm postcard. Norrmalm is also home to Sweden’s most traditional department stores Nordiska Kompaniet and
Åhléns City juxtaposed with Stockholm’s most modern shopping mall, Mood Stockholm. Visitors to this area get to experience the unique Swedish philosophy of protecting cultural heritage while also staying on top of fashion innovation and modern architecture.

The property does allow non-hotel guests to purchase access to the gym/pool/spa area. Cost changes with membership type and length. It was not inexpensive, but the facilities are wonderful - no pain, no gain!

Yes, you can. I did a month ago! If you have already left, I hope they can help you anyway if you call or write to them. The pillow I bought came flat, so they take out what extra air they can. I love this pillow, never har better. Expensive, though, but worth it. The bedlinen is also expensive, but a great comfort :). Enjoy!
