Before I go into a more detailed review, I want to say this is a hotel where you can expect people to respect you the same way you respect them.

We stayed 2 nights while touring Stockholm with friends. Wonderful older (well, by this American's standards!) hotel that really is 'grand'! Room was comfortable and just large enough. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet that I could spend hours enjoying! Only reason for not giving...More
We are a family of four and stayed for three nights at the Grand Hotel during the last leg of our vacation. The hotel lived up to its expectations, both in terms of quality of service as well as the rooms. The staff are attentive,...More
Stockholm’s grand and old hotel is beautiful and has the most amazing spa. The service is very good as well, however I stayed here recently while on business and had to change rooms late at night due to music from one of the functions going...More
Only stayed for a night on a business trip, but the hotel was a memorable experience - from the deluxe room upgrade to the cool bar, delicious breakfast with a view and great service. Highly recommended!

Norrmalm is Stockholm’s most central and busiest neighborhood. It’s home to the main shopping street, Drottninggatan, and to Stockholm icons like the Sergels Torg glass obelisk, the famous Hay Market with its Carl Milles sculptures, and the Hötorget Skyscrapers, a sight on every other Stockholm postcard. Norrmalm is also home to Sweden’s most traditional department stores Nordiska Kompaniet and
Åhléns City juxtaposed with Stockholm’s most modern shopping mall, Mood Stockholm. Visitors to this area get to experience the unique Swedish philosophy of protecting cultural heritage while also staying on top of fashion innovation and modern architecture.

The property does allow non-hotel guests to purchase access to the gym/pool/spa area. Cost changes with membership type and length. It was not inexpensive, but the facilities are wonderful - no pain, no gain!

Yes, you can. I did a month ago! If you have already left, I hope they can help you anyway if you call or write to them. The pillow I bought came flat, so they take out what extra air they can. I love this pillow, never har better. Expensive, though, but worth it. The bedlinen is also expensive, but a great comfort :). Enjoy!
