Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at the Grand Hôtel. Five star service is what is promised and five star service is what is delivered. A delightful environment for a few days of rest and relaxation. We had the pleasure of dining at Mathias Dahlgren's new restaurant Rutabaga, which had just opened. It is superb.

If you want a true swedish experience we highly recommend this fabulous hotel in Stockholm. Beautiful rooms, great dining choices, fabulous spa, and attentive staff. Very walkable location. Near sightseeing and wonderful stores. WE have stay here multiple times and have always been happy.

We were fortunate enough to visit the Grand Hotel for the first week of December for Nobel week. A relative won a Nobel Prize and invited my wife and I as two of his allotted guests. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime event. This hotel is the best in Stockholm, if not the entire country of Sweden. How the staff kept track of...

At least once in your life you should stay in a grand hotel! This reminded me of a smaller, more intimate and friendlier Waldorf Astoria in NYC. Kings and even Bruce Springsteen stay here. The hotel is lovely but the views out towards the water make it a must. You can see the castle, many bridges and islands. They provide...

Great 5 star hotel does everything really well can't fault it really. We had a junior suit with harbour view and loved it. Room really nicely appointed and lovely views from balcony. It is really well located and if you want a truly luxurious 5 star hotel then this could be the best choice in Stockholm.

Spent 4 nights here on a staycation in my hometown. I love this hotel, it’s beautiful with a mix of historic charm and modern amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite with a magnificent view of the Royal Palace and Strömkajen. The room was very luxurious, comfortable and spacious. Very clean and beautifully decorated....

The Grand is a class act. Rooms are beautifully appointed and the hotel staff top notch. The M I had a 24 hour luggage delay coming from Arvidsjaur and the hotel was able to help me track it down. Cadier Bar in the hotel is a great place to meet people on Friday and Saturday night.

Very nice lobby and clean room. Unfortunately ventilation very loud, could only sleep 3 hours. Internet cuts all the time. Not ok! Otherwise very polite personal and great location but very expensive (breakfast 50 euro!)

I have visited the hotel several times during the last years and always had a good impression, but as I have said before, please make sure that your employees should take more attentive - and remember that it is a 5 stars hotel. Make sure that the hotel guests always have a possibility to a table at the Veranda and...
