My daughter of 22 and I stayed here in August 2011. Everything we thought it would be. The location as the only building on a small island in the middle of a river in the heart of a huge city is amazing, be prepared for...More

After traveling all through Scandinavia with our baby and toddler and having very little sleep due to the midnight sun and a lack of black out curtains, I was so relieved to arrive at Arsta Holmar Guesthouse! It is quiet and tranquil on it's own...More

Hello! My sister and her husband, my husband and I and our daughter and her friend are coming to Stockholm 11 June- 13 June. We are interested in staying at your guesthouse and would like to know how the sleeping is arranged. If we book the 6-person room, is it one room, in dormitory style, or is there some privacy? Also, is it on the ground floor or upstairs. We are coming from America where mobile phones are notoriously bad. If the phone does not work to call you, how could we get the keys? Also, we are carrying small bags only. Would it be impossible to walk from the nearest subway to your hotel? Many thanks, Leslie
