I had a 2-nights stay at the Rex hotel in Stockholm.
This is, by far, the smallest 'room' I have ever stayed in. I couldn't even open my luggage.
The room was underground (!!!), which meant there was no window or any natural light coming...More
The rooms are extremely small, there is literally no space to walk if you have a suitcase on the floor. It is also not very convenient if you need anything from the reception in the evenings (including checkin) because you need to go to the...More

Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost looks too good to be true. It has the winning combination of a central location, tranquility, and beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and eateries – that makes this neighborhood Stockholm’s most sought-after place to live. If walking through this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s
actually the film set of the famous Swedish children story Karlsson-on-the-Roof. No matter what season, Vasastan manages to impress in the sunshine, covered in snow and won’t even lose its charm when soaked in rain.
