We arrived quite late at Hotel Baltzar but reception welcomed us, we had a room with 4 single beds & the room was impresingly large. Hotel is situated about a 5 min walk from the train station & right on a large square with shops, restaurants & bars/clubs. Staff were friendly all weekend & we had a rate that included...

We booked Hotel Baltzar on the strength of the reviews on Tripadvisor and were a little disappointed. We booked a twin room but it was tiny and the second bed was a fold out bed which meant one of us was sleeping under a shelf. Few bruises from that one! Malmö has lots and lots of shops for clothes and especially for pretty things for your house including a very wide range of shops with bedlinen, towels, duvets etc. Just 50 meters down Baltzarsgatan the high...

The bath was larger than most we had on our travels and women appreciate this space. Location was in the heart of the town--close to shopping and within walking distance to the park...

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of old Malmo. Although just a five minute walk from the central railway station, the hotel is in a pedestrianised street. There is a short flight of stairs before you reach the lift, but there is a handrail. Reception staff are charming and speak good English. The ambiance of the hotel is...

Very good breakfast buffet included in the room price (ca. 125$) pr night. and the location is super just in the middle of town near the central station... Not so good: the bed was too soft if...
