The apartments are in a great location right next to Tivoli gardens and Central Station. When we checked in, the friendly Receptionist told us we had been upgraded to a Penthouse Apartment at no extra cost. The Penthouse Apartment was dual aspect and had stunning views from both balconies. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well-stocked....

Perfect apartment for a long weekend city break. Good to have a little kitchenette for breakfast, simple dinners. Very close to eg Tivoli, cinema, train and for walks around the city. Everything we need, recommended!

Stayed here for a week, before we moved back to Australia. The apartment itself was of an OK size (particularly given you are in Denmark!) but the furnishings were terrible. Both the drawers in the bedroom and the coffee table were broken. The bed was ridiculously small. The apartments are in a seperate building tower to the hotel, so you...

Copenhagen is a relatively expensive city, but our one bedroom apartment was not only a bargain for 3 adults, it was a charming and convenient base for several days of touring the city. The apartment had a lovely layout that provided a double bedroom plus a bed in the main room for our adult daughter. Although we did not do...

About 10mins walk from Copenhagen Central Station, easy to locate, but it's quite misleading on hotel names of " Ascot Hotel & Spa" and "Ascot Apartment", both with same address, we booked online & compared the comments & reviews, prices are also quite different, we finally booked 2 rooms under name of "Ascot Apartment", rooms are standard without air-cond, my...

We did 2 weeks of traveling in Europe and found this to be the hotel with the worst bed ever!! It was so lumpy and sunk in the middle. The bed was so old, it made it impossible for a good rest. Woke up in the morning extremely sore from my back. The badroom had a mildew smell to it.

Summary: No, this is not a 4-star hotel, but you don't pay 4-star prices so it doesn't really matter and don't listen to those reviews. I stayed for a week in early September. This is a GREAT value stay. Large apartments. Clean. Great breakfast. Perfect location. Great price. The good: -The breakfast. Wow. Several meats, several nice cheeses, assortment of...

This is the first time I have stayed here and was pretty impressed. The building is classic and has a grand feel to it has you walk through the lobby. The staff are very pleasent and helpful. The location is perfect. I would stay here again.

Having read some unfavourable reports we were hopeful they were wrong. They were. We found the reception staff very helpful, and friendly. The apartment (no 482) was well maintained, great location, clean, bed comfortable, great outlook over leafy square, noise not a problem at night, light and airy, basic in kitchen equipment which was not a problem to us. Elevator...

Neighbourhood Profile
Indre By (Inner City)
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
