From the pictures and reviews on the internet I expected a bit more than I got. Not all rooms are decorated, as the pictures on the hotel's website indicate. The hotel is located on 1st and 2nd floor with all-year residents upstairs. To get from street level to the hotel and between the floors you enter the same stairs as...

Thank you for the kind words about staff, breakfast and common room. I am truely sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations. It is true that your room was not highly decorated because it had just been restored, painted and had 100% new interior... I am sorry that another guest was sick and the toilet was out of function for...

I stayed here with my partner when he arrived in Copehagen from overseas. We had 3 lovely days - walked the iconic park - Fælledparken - and the charming area of Østerport. The hotel is set up in some former appartments, and the atmosphere is very friendly and "homey" - oldfashioned style with a modern twist. Breakfast is just like...

Me and my girlfirend stayed at Rye Hotel for one night. We were unsure and a bit concerned about this place beacuse of all the negative reviews on Tripadvisor. I'm happy that we gave it a shot because the reality is much different. The stuff is very polite and helpful. Common areas (including toilets and bathrooms) and the room were...

Little cosy and comfortable hotel, situated in cheep parking area of Copenhagen. If you like to walk, visiting of city center and Little Mermaid would not be a problem for you. Breakfast is simple, but made out of very good quality products.

The hotel has tons of character, each room is individually decorated and kept very clean. It really feels like being at home. The staff and owners are super friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcomed the minute you walk in. The lounge area is large and comfy, and the breakfast is superb! The location is very good, close to...

Stayed one night in this charming old hotel set up in former apartments in inner Copenhagen - Østerbro. You really feel at home in the place, and breakfast in the old dining room is excellent. Even the music in the morning room is a pleasure. It is like staying in a private home but with the privacy of a hotel....

We had a day in Copenhagen before heading off to the cruise. We were able to check in early and the new owner, Clements, couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is set up with a variety of rooms and we had booked a family room, single and double which meant different floors but the large lounge on the first...

 of 5 bubbles 948ingridf, 20 May 2015 | Read review
“The back of the hotel is a bit quieter because of the garden. At the front there is a road, which is slightly noisier. But it is a road with very little traffic so not a real problem.”
 of 5 bubbles kaatje57, 28 Apr 2015 | Read review
“Would say that hotel is generally very quiet, if you really must avoid what is normal street noise in the morning then you could request a room facing the garden side.”
