Been here on a couple of occasions and found it very nice. I like the modern sleek look and looking out the windows. The rooms are modern and I had fun while I stayed there. Good for a business trip and good for a night out and don´t want to go home spur of the moment.

This hotel is excellent for you business trips when you stay in Copenhagen. Everything you need as a business traveller is available. The train and metro network is 5 minutes walking and 2 minutes from the hotel you will find a large shopping mall with all kind of good restaurants with any choice you like. The rooms itself are OK...

Me and my Girlfriend stayed here recently for 3 nights, and we were delighted right from the beginning of our stay to the end. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful when it came to tourist things, and they also carried out all of their regular duties brilliantly with a smile, which is rarer than you might think. The...

Just returned with my husband from a short break to Copenhagen and was extremely impressed. We arrived late afternoon and took a train from the airport to Central station and then another train for 1 stop to Dybbolsbro station which was literally 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed at the Copenhagen Island hotel about a 20 minute walk...

I stayed repeatedly in this hotel. It is modern and convenient, very practical. This time they had broken boiler, so we were shocked into the day with a cold shower, but it was quickly fixed. Hotel services are great, we have not had any issues at all. Breakfast selection is wide, make sure you skip their regular coffee, which is...

We are very pleased to receive a review from one of our regular guests. Wonderful, with the possible feedback despite the broken boiler during your last stay. I am sorry that the regular coffee has disappointed you I will make sure to pursue this to our restaurant. We are looking forward to seeing you again at Copenhagen Island Hotel. Anne...

I've had the misfortune to stay in Copenhagen Island for two nights this week and I urge you to avoid this hotel at all costs. It's terrible. Where to start? The rooms are tiny - and if you get the wrong side, they overlook a busy motorway fifty metres away. In some of the rooms the central heating doesn't work...

On the map it may seen far out of the centre but don't be fooled. It is adjacent to a shopping mall, which is very convenient for grabbing breakfast or picking up snacks for the room as there is a super market on the ground floor of it. Hotel staff were only too happy to help in any matter, recommending...

We booked the room with the harbour view which was fantastic to wake up to. Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
