Nice place to stay if you arrive by car to Copenhagen. Free parking. Nice breakfastbuffet. Difficult to find the entrance of the hotel due to many construction sites in the neighbourhood. In weekends there is no oven restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel for six days when I was leading a professional development event there, in the conference facility. In the end, I quite liked this hotel. It was not a perfect stay, but overall it was pretty good. The conference facilities worked quite well for us, better than I expected, to be honest. The breakfast is good, and the lunches catered by the hotel for our group were also high in quality, as were the break snacks. The bar and lobby area is pleasant enough for socializing, and the burger I had for dinner one night was really very good. There are not a lot of nearby food options outside the hotel, but there are a few within walking distance. The room I stayed in was not overly large, but it was clean and comfortable. Due to COVID, they had cut back on housekeeping, and this is where one of the problem arose, as they had not quite mastered their new routine yet. This meant a few issues with supplying the room, not enough towels on one occasion, and almost running out of toilet paper on another. I honestly didn't need daily housekeeping, but I really did need my toilet paper and in-room (instant) coffee restocked more diligently. We also had a little issue with the room lights, which went out one night due to a faulty switch in the key card box on the wall. They sorted that out though, and compensated with a few snacks. If you are a tourist visiting Copenhagen, though, or perhaps even on a business trip, the biggest issue with this hotel is that it is not very centrally located. They are building a Metro stop near here, and when it is finished, this comment will no longer apply, but for now, it's just no that easy to get into central Copenhagen from here. Mostly you have to take busses, or a taxi, if you don't have.a car. All in all, though, I liked this hotel; I tend to like Scandic hotels, and recommend them as a group.

We stayed here for a three day trip to Copenhagen. It is located about 5km from the city center. If offers free parking which is great. We parked our car there and used public transport for our whole stay. There is one bus stop right outside the hotel. You have to switch to the metro after a while, when going to the city center. There is another bus stop about 10min walk from the hotel, which goes directly top the city center. We took this bus. The breakfast is good with a good selection of everything you would want for breakfast. The only thing that might be a problem, is the traffic noise from the street down below. I did not bother us, but for those who need complete silence when sleeping, might be disturbed by this. So then you could choose a room on the outside of the hotel, facing the backside. But over all a very good hotel. Clean and up to date rooms and bathrooms.

While this could potentially be nice and proper 4 star property at walking distance from the Bella Center, for similar business travellers, the hotel has not understood what 4 star service means. The restaurant and bar, if open at all, close at 22:30 which especially with a fully booked hotel is really too early. The most shocking however is the fact that you have to ask before 11 AM in the morning for your room to be cleaned the next day. Many people, especially when leaving early to go to a congress forget of course and are very angry in the evening coming back to an uncleaned room. But even if you do ask, they do not clean the room. They merely empty the trash can and replace the towels. As a result, we were there 5 nights and the room was cleaned once. Unacceptable.

- Excellent visit by me and my family. The breakfeast was good and there was something for everybody's taste. It was a pleasure that everything, at the morning table, were in glass package which made it easy to those what to eat. The thought that it was packed also made it great because of covid-19.

They refused to clean the room doing our stay because of COVID, even though there are no longer any restrictions. So we had to fetch towels, toilet paper etc ourselves and take out the trash as well. There were no service whatsoever. There is also quite far to the center of the city and the hotel is very noisy.

The prices at Scandic Sluseholmen are reasonable and the hotel provides great value for money. It is easily accesible by car and one can park the car in front of the hotel without paying extra. The breakfast is great, the staff is friendly, the rooms are well equipped and clean. In addition to that, there is a fitness room and a wellness area (when it is not covid-19) so one can relax a bit. All in all, I am a satisfied customer at Scandic Sluseholmen.

1. The hotel is out of town and far from all the attractions and you waste your time walking and traveling to the ferry or using the bus, also there is a lot of construction around 2. the only small restaurant/bar available in the hotel opens at 5 pm with limited options and closes at 9:00 pm and closes all Sunday. There is no refrigerator in the room so even if you buy fruit or sandwich from closeby store it gets decayed. The WiFi is very bad in the room and only works in the reception area. I spent 4 nights in the hotel and they didn't clean or arrange my bed at all. Breakfast included but it wasn't that good "average" Only the front desk staff are good

Hotel for my tour of Scandinavia while in Copenhagen. Arrived from airport via taxi, currently much construction around it. The hotel check in was straight forward, staff were friendly, gave all my details of place to me. There is free wifi , a bar and games table by it. The room was facing road and there is no AC, like many hotels in Scandinavia, so you can open window for air, but road noise is there, I closed at night. Room was clean, spacious, bathroom was adequate, but shower has a weird partition, you find in many places in Europe as well. I slept well there no issues. Breakfast was buffet with many selection of foods ....scrambled eggs, sausages, juices, coffee, breads, fruits etc well stocked! I loved fact that Copenhagen is a bike city, so front desk I could rent a bike from them for the day 150DKK. You can drive it into downtown and park it where you like, lock it up and then come back later. I had no need of taxis to get in, this kept me in shape. I loved this option! There is a grocery store a little walk away and other places to see as well. I'd stay there again.

My daughter booked a weekend here for my 50th birthday present and it was not what she expected at all!! It seems they do little that requires any effort, no cleaner, we were offered towels if you book them in advance, I asked if I could have a kettle ( didn’t require tea coffee) no we couldn’t have one, the bed hadn’t been made for 2 people so had to do it ourselves. Room was very basic and extremely noisy so noisy you couldn’t open a window, the view I had certainly isn’t what I was expecting when looking at the hotel online. I would really recommend you you somewhere else and more centrally located if you can although there is a bus you can catch into the centre .
