Good location. This hotel in my opinion was not worth the money for one night, almost £100. The staff are lovely and very helpful but there is a few annoying things about this hotel. Firstly the tv had no sound for the duration of the trip which when you're trying to relax in a room is not very good. You...

Stayed 3 nights. Hotel is located close to Tivoli, Strøget and the Vesterport station so it's easy to get around. We had a room facing the inner court so it was quiet. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff, stable Internet. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of bread, cuts, spreads as well as eggs, sausages and bacon. You had to ask...

Room: doesn't look like much the foto on the website, the bed and walls were dirty. The room was infested with mites. After sleeping the first night, I woke up ony to find rashes on my leg. Only after four days and after our request, in which they responded in an ironic way, they changed our sheets The hotel is...

After a long flight it was a joy to check into the warmth and friendliness of the Mercur. A short wait for our room was no problem in the cosy foyer where we were served free coffee and able to store our luggage. We'd booked a deluxe family room and together with the King sized beds and bathroom, our two...

We (two adults and two teenagers) stayed for three nights in a two-bedroom suite on the sixth floor. The Mercur advertises as a 3-star but in many ways is much better. The suite, including the bathroom, was spacious. It was scrupulously clean and in good condition. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for getting around...

Very central, easy check-in. After a good night out I woke up just after 8am, not because that was the plan, but because a staff running up and down the hall, screaming and yelling in a telephone, slamming doors, obviously checking rooms, but with no clue of that she is working at a hotel where people might sleep. Pillows are...

So 5 minutes from main train station, cosy, friendly, great breakfast for us coeliacs, fabulous coffee but the coffee is great in Copenhagen everywhere. Rooms very warm so maybe an idea to turn off all radiators before retiring for the night. Fruit, baked goods all topped up regularly. Can make your own waffles for the kids or adults. . Great...

Location is very great and beds are very comfy, that's the good things about Mercur. When we arrived we got a room which smelled cigarettes so bad, we had to keep window open, it was funny because they say that rooms are no-smoking
