The mercur Hotel was perfect for a few days break In Copenhagen. It is located just five minutes from Central Station, across the raod fromnm the Tivoli Gardens and five minutes from Stroget-the shopping street. Our rooms were well laid out and spotlessly clean. They also had tea making facilities which was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet had everything you...

We were allowed to keep our luggage at the hotel before checkin/after checkout. Nice lounge area for chilling, very clean and smart room. Breakfast was great - lots of nice fresh fruit, ready make pancakes, waffle maker, and some hot cooked items too. Juice/ipad machine was a bit confusing and tasted average, otherwise great. The hotel is in a great...

Good value for a conveniently placed hotel. A short walk from the railway station, the city centre and Tivoli gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite expensive for a continental type breakfast, but in it's defence, not a city where you can get anything cheap. I would recommend this hotel if you just need a base to explore the area...

This is our first time in this hotel. Loved the design of the family room. A wall gave some privacy. Newly fitted bathroom was fantastic. The shower was huge. The breakfast was first class with an iPad that controlled the juice machine. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Check-in and check-out fast! Professional and nice staff, although we arrive early at the hotel, they gave us the room immediately without having to deposit the suitcase. Plentiful breakfast buffet (salty and sweet), there is also a plate to make fresh waffles! Spacious and clean rooms, only drawback the smell that we felt back to the room, I do not...

The hotel was better than I expected. Before arriving I was expecting a bit outdated and shabby interior decoration but actually it was quite nice. The standard double bed room was simple but ok. Only minus was that there was no fridge. Breakfast was nothing special but still recommended.

Hotels in Copenhagen can be pretty pricey, we chose this hotel mainly due to it's proximity to central station, the town centre and of course the price. Rated as a three star, the hotel is fairly basic and a little tired looking but should cover your requirements adequately for a short stay but don't expect luxury or any real ambience....

The only advantage was that the hotel was in the city centre! For a 3 star hotel we were exepected much more. There was no fridge in the room. In the bathroom there was only a dispenser for body, hair and hands. The breakfast was good and the staff of the reception was very helpuful!

I went here on a business trip on short notice and needed just quickly some hotel. But boy was I surprised, mold in the bathroom, not emptied trash cans from former guest in my room. Breakfast was really dissapointing with staff being rude and extremly unfriendly. Front desk staff was friendly though but that hotel is not for me.
