The room was a small, typical European hotel room. Very clean, and an amazing location to the attractions and night life. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Copenhagen. The staff were quite helpful even during a busy check out. Well done!

We stayed for 5 nights as a city break to see Copenhagen. Worked very well for us with a comfortable clean room and good bathroom. Room had an iron and ironing board so we were able to look less crumpled than usual.Buffet breakfast included had a good choice from fresh fruit and pastries to eggs and bacon. Location was 5-10...

The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the service was great the restaurant was good but only had a buffet. The room was decent size and the bath room was nice. The desk staff was very helpful but we couldn't check in until 4 PM.

We were on a Globus tour, and our first stop was Copenhagen. All I can say is that I'm not sure I would have finished the tour if hotels in succeeding cities were as awful as this one. It was very small, typical of standard rooms in say, Paris or New York. The worst part is that it appeared not...

We stayed here for 1 night pre cruise and it was just what we were looking for. Very clean and comfortable, although rooms were a touch on the small side. The service of the staff was excellent, everyone was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was not included and a bit pricey so we opted to go to a nearby...

This hotel is very practical with nice room and shower. It was the only hotel during our Scandinavian trip that did not automatically include breakfast; you could purchase it for about $34 per person so we decided to skip it. Other inconvenience is the hotel location; it's at the edge of the area where you want to be so it's...

Basicly I find the Imperial Hotel of good value. It is situated just in the center of town, spitting distance to the central station, a subway station even closer. The staff in reception is very service minded, opens to suggestions and seems outright interested in the guests problems/requests. Same goes for staff in the breakfast room, they all seems happy...

We needed a hotel for one night pre-cruise stay. Cruise line offering was $300 which we thought very high since we would be checking in and sleeping mostly before leaving for ship next morning. Imperial rate was much lower and met our needs. Staff was very good, hotel was clean and accommodations adequate for our needs and as a bonus...
