On the plus side, we have never encountered a front desk more accommodating with respect to getting us into our room early after an overseas flight. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was bright and attractive, and the WiFi was good. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing- For example, 20 minute walk...

Many thanks for your review! And thank you for commenting on what you liked about your stay. Ibsens Hotel is equivalent to a 3 star hotel and is designed by local artists and designers. This means among others that we didn’t equip the rooms with safeboxes. This is not is a standard for a 3-star hotel. Furthermore this means that...

Stayed here November '14 for four nights as a couple, had no problems! Reception staff were pleasant, decor was quirky and the safety deposit boxes in reception were handy. Room was fine, comfy enough, and was a short walk from the centre. Would probably stay again :)

The hotel was situated quite near the centrum and not far E.g. from Herz. People in the reception was kind and warm so it was easy the settle in. There is not so much room/space (E.g. the breakfast is served right beside the reseption desk) but the overall atmosphere with the artistic twist was slightly different (in a good way)...

I did like the friendly staff and most of all the good atmosphere certainly in the bar annex to the reception where also breakfast is served. The cozy hour between 5-6 with a free drink is very nice ! Breakfast is of good quality but for the prize (23 Euro) I expected certainly more hot items on the buffet and...

A very good hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a good location near to a metro and train station. The rooms are small but perfectly formed. We didn't get chance to try cozy hour in the hotel bar but would have loved to. We did eat in the Tapas restaurant connected to the...

Location of hotel, cleanliness of room and service were good. Only real drawback was a room carpet that had dark stains and looked so generally dingy that we almost backed out. A closer look found the rest of the room was in good shape. The bathroom was nicely cleaned and had generous towels. Bed and duvet were also good. Looks...

We had a nice corner room overlooking Vendersgade on the 3rd floor. Travelling with our college-age daughter, the room had a queen bed and rollaway. The room was ample size with a sitting area occupied by the rollaway. Storage for clothes was limited, and room furnishings were sparse, but adequate. The lobby and breakfast areas are nice with free wine...

This hotel is just OK. The good: great location!, very nice staff, clean. But the minuses outweigh the pluses for me. The bad: although the rooms have a bit of a Scandinavian designer they still feel dated. The bathroom is especially bare and old. No kettle for hot water to make tea/coffee. Breakfast is extremely over priced at 160 dkk....

Perfectly situated hotel - out of the way of throngs of tourists, but a hop and a skip from Norreport Station, lots of local restourants and bars, and all the shopping you can wish for. Around the corner from a fabulous food market, and a nice wine bar down the road. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff and a very funky...

Location is convenient and central, though not particularly charming. Nice lobby and breakfast area - water heater in the room - bathroom very basic - Modern decor, but showing some sign of time. A bit expensive for what you get, but all in all OK considering average prices of Copenhagen. I would have no problem going back, but probably not...
