Stayed here last year and didn't have the best experience due to certain factors, but decided to stay here again due to the convenience of the location. Our room was small but conventional and fine for two of us to manoeuvre around. The room was immaculate. The only down side was that there wasn't any air conditioning in the room,...

I booked a Commodore Room, that has two single beds (instead of bunk beds). The room was small and basic, meant for people who aren't planning on spending too much time in the room. The bathroom however is terrible, it looks like they have forgotten about them when they built the hotel and added them afterwards. It's smaller than the...

I have stayed at this hotel before when working in Copenhagen and I find it very good for the price. You get at clean but small room and the service at the hotel is very fine and they are always ready to help if you need it.

I stayed at this hotel with my mum during a recent holiday to Scandinavia. We only booked this hotel as it was a reasonable price and close to the airport and it did not disappoint. I would not be able to comment on the facilities of this hotel as we only slept here, though the room was clean - it...

As a family of 5 we took 2 rooms, 3 and a 2. We were worried about putting our littlest on the top bunk as the ladder was quite unstable. The rooms feel like a berth on a train or ship. Very compact. Window opens just a crack for some necessary air (our room smelled a bit unfresh) Luckily we...

Great hotel if you like bedbugs, flies, silverfishes, waiting for elevators, filth, tropical heat caused by the lack of ventilation, parkingtickets even though you paid for parking, changing rooms, paying overprice, the smell of sewer and not geting any compensation at all. If you dont, I highly recommend that you stay somewhere else.

The common areas (lounges, breakfast room) are spacious. The bottom bunk pulls out to make a double bed (queen size?). We mentioned a problem with our bed, and our room was changed instantly. The windows open to let in sea breezes and we slept like "sailors on a calm sea". We did not get the breakfast option, but freshly brewed...

Stayed here two nights with a friend. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, but it was clean and cheap so great for a budget trip where you're only in your hotel to sleep. The hotel is close to a metro station so you can easily get to the airport and city center.

Good price/quality (for Danish prices!). The rooms are really small and so are the bathrooms, I stayed there just one night so it was fine. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied. I would repeat for that price.

It takes one day to learn how to use shower, and however the room is always full with water, but it is funny. Staff is friendly and breakfast good. A cheapans save alternative...

Staying in Amager

Neighbourhood Profile
Amager
In the eastern part of this neighbourhood, visitors will discover Amager Strandpark, a beach area which has become increasingly popular. It’s only a 30 minute bicycle ride or a 10 minute Metro trip away from the city center. Only a few hundred yards inland, some of the most creative musicians, artists, and writers in Copenhagen are occupying some of the old storage houses and production facilities. The western part is one of Copenhagen's most rapidly evolving areas, here you’ll find international architecture of the highest rank, the state of the art TV-Byen (the Danish pendant to BBC), a golf course as well as Copenhagen's best (and tiniest) ice bar.
