We visited over the New Year's period. Stayed in a standard double room, plenty of space for the two of us, beds were comfortable, apartment was clean and minimalist. Shower room as others have said had no tray but we didn't have any problem with the room flooding, once you'd finished showering you can use the squeegie provided to move water to the drain and the self heating bathroom floor dried everything up in no time. Towels are provided and the rooms are cleaned every day by hotel staff. Reception staff were very helpful and even held our bags for us when we checked out on the last day so we could have a look around the city as our flight was not until evening time. It is very handy to get to centre of Copenhagen as there are two metro stops nearby (only a 2min walk) and there's a few amenities around, a local shop and a lidls. The only reason why it we're only giving 4 stars is due to the lack of cooking facilities. There was a hob and kettle but we definitely would have found a toaster or microwave very handy as it could be a little bit tough to cook. We would definitely stay here again, it was a lovely apartment/hotel in a nice area.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel. The first interaction was not happy at all. I entered the room and it smelled strongly of food, someone had fried food in that room.

Fortunately, the staff was very understanding and changed our room on the spot. Breakfast, if you don't include it, costs around 10 euros, you could say it's not very rich, it's not worth the money. The room looks ok, it is very small, you don't have a closet, the cleanliness was at 9/10. The hotel has a beautiful terrace, you can rent bikes directly from the hotel at very good prices.

And the big plus is that the hotel is located right next to the subway station. We felt good, being gone from morning to evening, I can say that the hotel was very ok.

Good location near metro, easy access to the city center. Near the beach. Comfortable beds. The room has a small kitchen, which is very convenient. There is access to the laundry.
One big minus is the shower. All water remains on the floor after taking a shower, so after that it is impossible to go to the toilet without getting your feet wet. On the first day I liked everything in the room, on the second day the water on the floor started to enrage, after 5 days I hated this shower. So recommend for short stays.
And the air conditioner did not work, the room was hot and stuffy.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is a great location, the staff was very friendly, and it has a lovely rooftop. The rooms, however, are extremely small and spartan. I've stayed in some wonderful tiny rooms in NYC and in Tokyo that were marvels of design and fun to be in, but this isn't the case here. The room is like a dorm room, without the amenities. There is no dresser, no closet, and just a few sad wire hangers to hang a few items. The sink in the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen and in the 6 nights we were there I never did figure out how to wash my face without splashing water all over the floor. There is nowhere to put any personal items near the shower or the sink; kind of like they're not even trying. I know that our room was among the smallest - even within the same price range - but I think the bathrooms were the same in all rooms. Overall it's a fine place to stay, but people should know ahead of time what they're getting. This is not a cozy, comfortable room to return to at the end of the day.

But again, there are many good reasons to stay there.

We booked thinking it's on the beach as you can get that impression from their pictures on booking.com.

Slight grumble that it's a little back but didn't really matter.

Location near the train line is great but as next to the line will be loud if you're in one of the rooms nearer the line.

Shower setup meant you would only flood the bathroom when taking a shower. Bit of a minus.

Other than that couldn't fault. Nice room, nice bed, very friendly staff. Would be out place of choice if we went back to Copenhagen.

Close to the Metro station, quiet area, very close to the beach. 2 stations away from the airport. You can rent a bike from the hotel. Breakfast was good. If you pay the breakfast during check-in it is cheap also. You can't check in before 16:00. This is nonsense. House keeping is terrible. What they understand from "Cleaning the room" is just making up the bed i guess. They don't change towels, refresh coffee and tea corner, even change the coffee mugs with the clean ones. They don't vacume clean the room i guess, since everywhere in the room was full of dust.

Good location, close to public transport. Small kitchen with fridge was very handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking. There was a bit of a smell coming from the room and needed to open up the windows to air it out each time we came back to the room.

This hotel is outside of city centre of Copenhagen, can easily catch Metro from airport as quite close and also into city only about five stops. The easiest way to get around if sightseeing would also be to buy Copenhagen card as this includes entry into places of interest and also your metro. Down load the app and use that way.Be aware there are ticket officers that hop on trains in uniform and plain clothes so always have a ticket. Especially coming and going to airport as that is where they make their money and are ruthless.Hotel is about 400 metre walk from station in a beach side suburb it was really pleasant. Had Lidl and restaurants as well. Room was so spacious very clean and had small kitchenette, we used the fridge and jug that was such a great bonus for us. Easy checkin and check out. Place is quiet.if you want to be in the thick of it and pay exorbitant prices and noisy then stay in city, didn’t bother us to catch metro in and out each day as it’s extremely quick.

Hotel was suitable for my stay but I wouldn’t return here if coming back to Copenhagen if it were my choice as I stayed here for business.

Service and staff were great but the room is just too small. I felt like I was always in the way of something or knocking something over due to the size of the room and limited space to move around. You do have a kitchen in the room which is good, along with tea and coffee making facilities.

The location is very good, a short walk from Øresund metro station (which takes about 7 minutes to get into central Copenhagen).

The breakfast is very good too – a varied continental spread.

For some reason we arrived at the side door (facing he railway line) which meant when we got inside we got a bit lost in the long corridor trying to find reception. Had we gone through the main entrance the reception is obvious. So my first advice is go through the right door as it's much easier for reception. Easy check process. On site parking is quite open to the public but everything was okay. We were issued a parking permit by reception which had to be displayed. Clean comfortable room with kitchenette and wet room style bathroom. there is virtually no storage space or shelving just a few hooks and shirt hangers. It suited us as we are quite light travellers. Room was cleaned daily. Although near the railway we were not disturbed by it. Beach, restaurants and Lidl just round the corner and Oresund station very near by. You cab get a 2 zone ticket from machine on platform to travel 2 zones for just 24 DKK (sept 2023 prices) Other tickets available on the DOT website.
