Nitsa rooms is 10 minutes walk to Kos center and you can reach to beaches just crossing the road. Mrs. Nitsa and his son was so friendly and helpful ☺.I stayed at Nitsa rooms for 2 nights ,the price was acceptable and the place location was perfect. I stayed 4 nights at Nitsa Rooms on a cheap deal; I wasn't expecting much for the money but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious, most with sea facing balconies, they have en-suite toilet/showers (variable water temp) and are clean with sturdy beds, table and chairs and basic cooking equipment, kettle and fridge. Mrs Nitsa is helpful and approachable... More

Nitsa Rooms are within easy walking to the downtown yet far enough away from the hustle of the city. This is our second time here and Nitsa always has a great smile on her face. Nitsa lived in the USA for some years and her English shows it. We enjoy the roof top. You can see Turkey. You are also... More

Been here for 2 nights during backpacking tour. Ms Nitsa was really nice, talkative and friendly. She spoke English well. As far as the rooms are concerned: The bathrooms are rather old and it was difficult/impossible not to flood the entire bathroom when showering. There was no mount for the shower on the wall and the shower curtain rig was... More

First we got a room which was so small that we had to get in bed at the front sides. Room was old and not quite clean. Fridge made lot of noise. We changed to another room which was huge, but looked like the old outer square with walls build later. Bath room was very small and not well cleaned.... More

Mrs Nitsa and her son are lovely people! Their resort is located at the central part of Kos and you can walk up to the main street of Kos near the port where you can find nice restaurants and cafeterias. The rooms are clean, light full and they have a small kitchen with a stove! The price compared to its... More

No smell of hotel chains here, just good old fashioned service. Rooms are basic of course you get what you pay for. What is priceless are the recommendations for things to do, and friendly chat all in English of course. It's a place you'd stay if you were for a while, on a budget.

Very nice family run apartments a block off the beach in Kos. Room was clean and spacious and was really nice having the ability to make coffee, cook a meal and have a refrigerator. Staff really helpful in locating a rental car for us and recommending an excellent restaurant. Price was really reasonable for October. Will definitely come back.

I was happy with the location (right across the road from the beach) and the staff were really helpful. They offered so many places for us to go and recommended the best places to eat. The rooms were simple and clean and we had a great view of the beach!
