Myself & my aunt had a 1 night stay here in September 2023 and thought the place was just amazing. The bed was comfortable, there was minimal noise (especially considering you are in a central location), the location is ideal to walk out into the city. The hotel is extremely accessible (my aunt is not able to walk much), so great for anyone who is not particularly mobile. The breakfast had a good choice and set us up for the day. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. It added a touch of luxury for our final night in Crete. Thank you!

Customer service, location, room. This hotel blew our minds. From all of the hotels during our 9 days tour in Greece, this was the best. Would I stay again? 100% yes! I was worried because the price wasn’t as steep as the other hotels we stayed. It’s literally a block away from all the restaurants and town.

Central location. Large, shiny and extremely clean rooms! Lots of electrical outlets for phones and gadgets. The door to the bathroom has slats reducing the amount of privacy. Service was excellent and the breakfast spread had several options. If we go back to Crete, we will definitely stay here again.

Location was convenient to sightseeing and restaurants. It was difficult to find using GPS and parking is not convenient. The room was nice, modern with lots of glass. Did not like the absence of privacy with the glass bathroom door. Day manager was not very friendly but the female night manager was most helpful. The breakfast buffet was good - the staff worked hard to keep the buffet dishes filled.

We stayed at the Dom Boutique Hotel for 2 nights! What a great experience it was, not only excellent location in the city centre, nice rooms, great staff, that helped us a lot with a personal request, they were very helpful in providing us the conference room on a last minute basis. Excellent breakfast experience with a very tasty local traditional options. We can highly recommend the hotel!

We wanted to explore Heraklion after we arrived on Crete, so we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is good for what it wants to be. Rooms are not huge, but comfy. Breakfast buffet is ok, some dishes are sometimes cold-ish (e.g. eggs) and the cappuccino tastes a bit weird (sweet), but nevertheless: fair and fine. One thing surprised us: you can hear the planes starting and landing quite loudly in the hotel, but we found out this is true for almost all parts of Heraklion, so its nothing specific for this hotel.

We stayed at the DOM for three nights, exploring Heraklion and its surroundings, like the Knossos Palace. The location of the hotel is perfect - you hear the bustling city just a little bit, but almost no cars. All the bars and restaurants are close-by, a stroll at the sea is also near, and public transport reachable within minutes. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and hyper-clean, with a tea-maker and an espresso machine provided. Breakfast is rich, with Greek and International food. We also liked that it was constantly filled up again, even shortly before the finishing time. Lastly, every single person of the staff was very friendly, the receptionists, the breakfast waitress, and the cleaning lady. We would return any time. Thanks for a great stay!
