Arrived on a late evening flight. Had booked this hotel based on reviews. Cheerful helpful welcome. Excellent clean, practical room with small private patio area. Comfy bed and extremely delicious breakfast. Delightful restaurant next door called Plani. We are travelling on today so only one night but can highly recommend and will return.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the harbor, central bus station and most sights in the city. There was a supermarket steps away and plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. in the vicinity. The included breakfast was decent. All staff we encountered were friendly, especially the guy working the front desk during the day shift (apologies I forgot his name). The standard double room was on the smaller side but perfectly adequate. The AC and the shower were both strong enough. Really nothing to complain about. A good value for money.

Really lovely hotel! Was a bit tricky to find but worth to look for! Room on top floor was very nice and comfy with everything you need for a stay. Breakfast very nice too with a good variety of food to choose from. Very helpful staff at the reception.

Average. The hotel's site created some expectations which were vanished when we arrived. The reception is great, helpfully and very kind. However, the building, the facilities and the rooms are quite average. We had a room in the last floor with a side view to the sea.The room's amentities were poor, the room was quite smelly due to the seweage and the overall facilities were adequate. nothing special. the location is great, really close to the city center. Breakfast is average,however, with quite good choices. It's good only for 1-2 days and that's it. Not quite sure if I am gonna visit it again. Prices are way too high for the provided services even though we visited the place off season.

Wow, great staff and amazing customer service......cannot speak highly enough of the people at the hotel. we booked the suite as it had nice view of the Harbour, we were landing late. they arranged the taxi for us, sorted out a delivery of food from a local recommended take away and the Gyros and Salad were excellent. as for breakfast....WOW! fruits, cereals, juices, cold meats and cheeses, hot eggs bacon sausage etc.....loads of pastries as well. again staff were really helpful the next day organising our car pickup. would definitely recommend.

Booked a room on 5/29/21. On 9/18/21, emailed to confirm reservations. They responded that they had availability-duh,,,I had already booked & just wanted confirmation. On 9/28/21, I emailed concerning possible damage from earthquake. Responded all was well & looking forward to welcoming us. On 10/5/21, our date of arrival, I emailed to let them know we were running late. Responded saying reservations had been canceled because credit card was declined. I called credit card company & was told no charges had been declined. They also told me they tried calling me, but I received no calls. Was told they had no availability. BUNCH OF LIARS!

I stayed for 2 nights, using this hotel as the base for exploring the museum and the palace of Knossos (bucket list stuff for me.) Friendly front desk staff, stylish rooms with plenty of amenities, and a huge breakfast spread. My room had a private balcony with a partial sea view. Well worth the price.

We needed somewhere to stay for just over a day within our travels and this place popped up recommended from well traveled friends. What a lovely gem of a place, we were lucky enough to even get the 6th floor which had a fantastic view of the harbour. When we go to Herakleion again we will definitely book here again. Incredibly friendly staff, nice clean well equipped rooms, good location for the port and town, excellent breakfast. Ideal! No English tv channels (mixed blessing) and slightly fierce air conditioning but it was hot!

Nice place! We’ve arrived after 1AM and had no problems with picking up. Our key were left at the safe outside. The shower was good, the room was good, the view was good, the breakfast was tasty, loved everything. Nice place to stay after late arriving in Heraklion airport.
