Maria & George welcome you as one of the family at this friendly self catering accommodation. Rooms are comfortable with spectacular views of Spinalonga Island and the Gulf of Corfos Bay. Its amazing what delights can be cooked on just two cooker rings but with a well stocked fridge from the local supermarket, just a short walk or scooter ride...

Just got back from the tasmania village and as apartments and studios go these are ok, clean comfortable and good views, the pool was green and the wifi didn't really work the drains in the bathroom often overflowed and smelt and the cooking facilities are pretty much non existent, there wasn't even a toaster or a kettle! The reason for...

Me and my partner have just returned from 2 great weeks at tasmania village. The room was basic but had everything you needed, it was clean and comfortable and had nice views over the sea. The pool area was great and always spotless. The bar was well stocked and the food was very nice all at reasonable prices. The views...

Use of a 5☆ hotels beach and sunbeds again opposite( dont offer topay as nobody does the usual collections) several small beaches 20mins either direction. A bus stop outside connects you with upmarket Plaka and...

My partner and I arrived to the hotel at midnight. We where not greeted or welcomed apart from a note taped on the bar door saying where our room was. I thought paying extra for air con was ridiculous, so we grinned and bared it. Also the fact the key for the door was also the key to the electricity,...

We have just returned from another fabulous fortnight in Elounda and again stayed in Tasmania. We always book and pay to stay in the apartments at the top of the resort and are never dissatisfied. Whilst a little basic (it is Greece!) they are clean and tidy and the views simply spectacular. Having stayed at one of Elounda's 5 star...

Now, this is a really difficult one. I'd love to give it a better rating but it just doesn't deserve one. We visited Tasmania Village in July 2014 for 11 nights. Having stayed in many places in Elounda over the years, I feel I am well positioned to judge. Positives: Anna - very polite owner who clearly works long hard...
