Had a four night stay and found the hotel to be very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Anastasia and Irini are fantastic and really make you feel welcome and we are looking forward to our next visit. In a great location and very handy for taxi drop off and pick up.

Lovely old hotel. Irini was on duty most of the time I was there. She was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The location was excellent. It is in the old town with easy access to the harbor. It is also close enough to street parking which is a consideration for those with any amount of...

I stayed here with my family for a few nights and it was a very enjoyable experience: the location is good, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is always eager to help. We'll definitely come back!

The hotel is located in the old town, the rooms are very comfortable and they are cleaned every day, the balconies have view at the sea, breakfast is very satisfying, the owners are both very kind and willing to help you any time.

Although the Palazzo has superb location and a good breakfast, it was the service of Irina and Anastasia which makes it stand apart. My group arrived with a woman who'd broken her foot and they scrambled so she got a ground floor room (as the hotel has no elevator to the upper floors.) In the shift, I got a room...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Rooms were big enough and beds very comfortable. Flat screen TV with some channels in English. Beautiful view from the balcony on the sea and city center.

Booked one night from TripAdvisor reviews. Excellent. Not too difficult to find having studied map-in a car from Eastern end of the island for one night. Free parking on a "if there's a space" basis but turnover of cars quite quick so only waited 5 mins for a slot. Hotel 5 mins walk away.

Wonderful hotel, adjacent also the best restaurant in Chania!!!! Easy to get to when you part at the end of the fortress and a superb, attentive staff. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Chania.

Beautiful small hotel with wonderful staff; very much felt like a personalized family type business. Lovely hotel in the heart of the old Venetian section just a block up the road from Talos square on the waterfront. This hotel is a renovated Venetian Palazzo with 11 rooms; they have kept all the beautiful old character and wood and modernized the...

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is close to everything, in the old town, located between the beach and the harbour, close to the public parking where you don't walk far with your luggage since cars are not allowed in the old town. Theotokopoulou is one of the nicest street of Chania, full of life, but not noisy....
