I think the staff is doing a great job to make customers feel welcome. We liked the Mini club, the food and I can especially recommend the Spa here. Viktoria, Ioanna and Helena are friendly and professional. Not to forget Alexandra who managed the treatments so well. Thumbs up! S. Sopczak

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 week stay and had a really nice stay. We booked a bungalow room so were a bit surprised to find we were on the ground floor of a 2 story building, with another room above us so not a bungalow at all. That said, it was a decent enough room overlooking the sea so had fantastic sunset views each night. There's 2 nice pool areas and we spent our time by the smaller of the 2 main pools. On our 1st morning we were up around 07.30 and there was only a few sunbeds available with the rest having towels laid out, albeit there was only about 6 people actually using them. To the hotels credit, that day they hand delivered notes to each room to say any unattended towels left on sunbeds between 9pm - 8am would be removed, and sure enough, each morning a member of staff monitored and removed towels where necessary. There was never a problem after that. The food overall is pretty good, standard all-inclusive fare. There were only a couple of times during our stay where we didn't fancy anything on offer so went to one of the local restaurants instead, Mylos, where we had dinner and drinks for under €30 We only tried one of the speciality restaurants, the Italian, and it rather put us off. We had a 3 course meal each and were in and out in about 20 minutes which wasn't the sort of experience we were looking for. Literally, the main course was put in front of us within 20s of the starter plate being removed. My wife had lasagne which looked like a Findus ready meal had been dropped on the plate, no garnish, nothing, so we didn't bother after that. The Creperie is really very good, fresh crepes, amazing patisserie and ice cream, open until midnight. The hotdogs and souvlaki served at the pool bar were also very good. The staff are all very friendly and helpful although we did find service was a little slow on some occasions but nothing that spoilt the holiday. Special mention to Sakis in the pool bar, the guy's a legend. Always happy and chirpy, lightning fast service and seems to be able to get by in every language known to man! A few minor points to bear in mind: - There are no flannels in the bathroom so take them with you if you need to; - The water from the showers is warm at best, don't be expecting a hot shower (although why would you when it's 30c?); - The electricity in the room relies on the magnetic key fob being in the holder so you can't charge anything in the room unless you're in there, as soon as you remove the fob the power cuts off; - The hotel is predominantly German and French so if you like to have the TV on while you're getting ready, the only English language channels are news ones; - Changing beach towels is a challenge. We were advised to leave them on the bathroom floor and the maid would change them but given we were out by 08.30 and the maid didn't come until early afternoon that didn't work (and when we did see her she never had beach towels on her cart). The hotel needs to set up stations where you can change them but I'd guess it's something to do with reducing the amount of towel washing needed. In summary, a decent hotel and we had a very nice time. Would we recommend the hotel? Sure, you'll have a good time. Would we go back? No, but in 36 years of travel we've only ever been to 1 hotel more than once so it's nothing against this hotel.

Excellent hotel, incredible food, fantastic room with sea view and staff that couldn't do enough for you, so what more could you want? Specialist restaurants were particularly good and no extra charge.

i had such a good holiday here i want to book again , the staff were amazing and the animation team did amazing shows. there is a shop in the hotel that you can go to and the woman that works in there is amazing and so kind. the food was really good and the staff are just really nice in general. i was normally at the main pool (which is quite loud) so the animation team (especially matteo who is very nice) would ask my family to come and play some games in the pool. this holiday was one of my favourites by far so thank you :)

Today we were able to experience the spa service in the hotel and have received a “calm sea” massage by Alexandra & Konstantina. The girls were super nice, very sympathetic, they explained us the possible treatments in detail and offered us a lot of flexibility to define the service we wanted. This was great as my pregnant wife first had some concerns but then felt in great hands of the very professional staff. The spa rooms were great for us as a couple and were super relaxing. We were able to be in the same room together and were able to fully enjoy everything. All together a great experience at a great price! We can fully recommend it! Best greetings, Tatjana & Martin

I’ve had a very nice experience staying in this hotel. the workers are very friendly and service is great. The quality and variety of the products is also very good. I’ve also had the pleasure of receiving a full body massage and I’ve never felt more relaxed. They even gave me a little gift afterwards.

Just back from Serrita Beach Hotel after a lovely week From the moment we were greeted by reception staff with a refreshing glass of lemon juice and Turkish Delight to the day we left , we didn’t have any negative comments about the place Staff were lovely especially Vassos, Imen and the dining room staff We had a lovely relaxing massage at the spa , mine was done by Christina The on site shop kept tempting us back Food was excellent, a vast choice in the buffet and plenty of it The three on site restaurants are worth a visit The grounds and hotel are clean and tidy, fridges in the rooms were re stocked daily with soft drinks Our rooms were a little away from the main hotel and a few steps from the quieter of the two pools The nearby beach is very rocky and not a sandy beach but still able to have a relax on the loungers Nice walk along the front , small bars and few shops Not far by taxi to the town of Herossinos for more shops Really enjoyed our visit to this fabulous hotel

The girlfriend and myself have just come back from the best week away ever @seritabeachhotel. The hotel was very, very clean. Our room was exactly as shown on the photo. A typical Greek hotel. The hotel situated on the beach if you didnt fancy the 3 pools. The food was excellent everyday, at least 5 meat and fish choices, huge selection of pastas, veg and salad. Fruit and dessert bar is a must. The bars serve good local beer and spirits, the staff were amazing Sakis(pool bar) and Maria(main bar evenings) were fantastic. The animation team if you wanted it, held events throughout the day and held a big event each night with good crowd participation. Overall the weeks chillout break was amazing.
