first day we came at hotel very late - we just go to sleep - into morning we were shocked - both of us had lots of bites on skin - over 60 times together- we though it was mosquitos - but no, during next days we found lots of red ants. When we want to use WIFI - didn't work - when we ask at reception - second day -they just said - we will ask at internet service - and till the end of our "Creta trip" we didn't get this information. It's not good when its 30 degrees outside to walk to reception to use WIFI there - we rent an apartment into "building 5". First day we take breakfast - its is overprized - for this money - 7€ per person - breakfast is nothing special. You can buy food in shop and make better breakfast by yourself. Another big problem is bathroom - no aircondition there - no windows. So when we go into the morning to the bathroom it was really hot there - like in sauna. Freezer is also very old - too old for safe use i think - also full of ice inside. From sink its very bad breathe - probably problem of not cleaning it enough - we need 3 days that cleaner understand why we put paper on the sink. Shower handle is broke - and its not our problem - they could fix it before they rent this appartment again. If you need someone from reception - you can also need to wait up to 10 minutes....i also attach photo around hotel - location is very bad - you need a car to go to a beach, to first food shop - Lidl . you need half an hour in each way by walk..... Air condition is very noisy

I have booked vacation in another hotel, but they pushed me to this (overbooked I think). Here was my best experience in Greece for 20 years! Quiet, privacy, comfortable apartment, privat terrace with seaview, clean swimming pool adequate to number of rooms (on seaview terrace). Very attentive personnel. I appreciated to be there very much. Regarding location of the hotel I recommend to rent a car (in my case booked from home - InterHellas). Amazing beaches up to 10 minutes by car (nearest beach is 800 m, not so nice). No irritating insects, even at night - you can sit outside and left windows open whenever you want

Georgis and his parents run the hotel and are fantastic hosts, as they can't do enough for you. We had flight problems and they re-booked our accommodation to cope with a flight 3 days later than planned. They arranged taxi transfers from the airport and a hire car for us as well. The hotel is just what we wanted and it is our second visit. Rooms are simply appointed but have everything you need. A major plus point is that the air conditioning was newly replaced so super cool in the height of summer. Daily cleaning services were also great. We would definitely recommend the hotel to those wishing to unwind in a tranquil setting away from resort centres.

We stayed at Panorama Sea view Apartments for one week 5 - 12 July. My wife and i were very surprized to see high level of service and carying of our needs from hotel owners and empoloyes. Special thanks to Giorgos, he is doing his best for your comfortable stay and keeping you happy. (Coctails and Raki at the pool bar are great) Hotel is not so far from the sea side, and if you going to rent a car the distance will be even smaller) Sergey and Anna

We had the most wonderful time at panorama! The manager, George, made us all feel so welcome and treated us like royalty! The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were so friendly. Pool was lovely and calm! The food was absolutely brilliant too, as were the cocktails! Can’t recommend this place enough, and we’re returning next year! Thank you for a brilliant time :)

Me and my partner went for a week away to Crete. I would highly recommended panorama. They been extremely nice and kind. We arrive 4:30 am and though we will have to wait with our luggages till 2pm check in.. we got welcome letter with saying our room is ready and bottle of water ready for us. It's family run business and they will make you feel as family. If you thinking about going in that area please book panoramas studios as they are truly amazing / I would also recommend to go for a breakfast option :) We will definitely be coming back

We stayed here for a family holiday in August 2017 for a week and we wished we'd booked 2. My children 11 and 8 loved it. Highlights The staff are friendly and helpful, the pool is quiet and the views are fantastic. The rooms are clean and tidy and the location is good. The place was so chilled out it really made for a wonderful family holiday. Helpful Info Either the bar or reception are open most of the time so theres always help on hand if you need it. The food available is limited but will put you on for a light lunch; if you're looking for something more substantial then you can order from a local takeaway at the bar and they will deliver to the bar or to your room. The location is good because it's quiet but the walk to the beach/restaurants/supermarkets can be a challenge in the heat and up the hills so a car is recommended. You can also order a taxi from the bar which will only cost a few euros though (depending on how far you want to go) The bars and restaurants nearby are good but if you're looking for more "nightlife" then a taxi to Hersonissos is your best bet. It is very lively. If you're looking for quieter, more traditional restaurants then I can recommend Hersonissos Old Town enough.

The place is family run and the owner. Giorgios, is a great host, the whole family is really friendly and the place gets you in relaxation mode in 15 seconds. The kids had great fun in the pool, the rooms were quite spacious, not fancy but clean and the pool bar is open as late as you want it to stay. The kids loved the fact that they could go around free and the owner was really friendly and helpful to them too. I recommend hiring a car and go around the island, Agios Nicolaos and Crissi Island are an hour away.
