I stayed at Hotel Lilia in January 2017. There is no parking lot at this hotel. There is, theoretically, street parking but it's in a very densely-packed neighborhood. It's also on a hill so navigating is pretty tough. This is a small, walkable neighborhood near the waterfront so there may be parking elsewhere nearby that you could use during your stay. For check-in/check-out, the street is not at all busy with traffic so stopping in front of the hotel for a few minutes to transfer bags should generally not be a problem.

Yes, it's very easy, they call a taxi or you can walk 10-15 minutes if your luggage is not too heavy.

Take the X96 Express bus from the Airport Bus terminal and get off at Municipal Theater bus stop. Then walk your way to the Hotel for 7-8 minutes via Vasileos Georgiou Street (King George's Street)
