We stayed in the hotel on two occasions. First time, we got a room with a jacuzzi and it was such a nice feeling to have a long an leisurely massage in the tub of water. The shower gels smelt of almond and the smell lingered after the bath. The dome above the bed has starlike lights. The hotel is...

The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is 2 stations away from the Acropole but the neighbourhood is very popular. I booked a small room and got a large room without additional fees but the window (and shutter) were broken so I could not open it (no natural light...)

Last weekend we choose de Centrotel because of her location! Just 350 meters from metrostation of Victoria Square! You can drink a freddo espresso in one of of cafés at square and take your metro! Within 5 minutes you reach Monastiraki Square! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! And jacuzzi in every room! ;-) The breakfast they serve is typical...

My son picked the hotel, and it was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were fine. The only issue I had, was that at one point, we chanced to walk through an area nearby, Viktoria Square, (a few blocks from the hotel), that I would not want to walk through again. There were a number of people...

I stayed a few nights while in route to Santorini . Nice place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the National Archaeological Museum. There is graffiti everywhere. This can give the impression that you are in a bad area. However, I did not feel unsafe walking the area late night. Apparently, graffiti has become a major issue...

We, a couple from Germany stayed for 2 nights here and were surprised about the comfort of the room and the very helpful and friendly staff. The room looks really good and is very comfortable. We had a balcony to the street, ideal for a last ending of the day. The bed is a little bit hard but not too...

We stayed in Centrotel for 3 nights in Apr 2017. The room was extremely spacious with double-door balcony windows which completely removed the sounds from neighbouring buildings. Airconditioning and heating were both available in the rooms. My family room had both double bed AND a single bed. far adequate for our family of 3. The toilet was spacious with clean...

Great location. 500 metres from Victoria Metro Station. Several reviews say it's a dodgy area because of graffiti and men sitting around the square. You will find this occurs all over Athens. The area is fine. Hotel is clean, well maintained and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is very good value for 7.50 euro. Plenty of small restaurants and take away...

The girl on the telephone spoke to me in a very inappropriate way. The people working in there are a group that speaks against the customers. This is something that we find in a lot of places. but this was too far. I was explaining to her some things about the reservation and the only answer that I got was...

Unfortunately the hotel plays hard ball with its guests; the controll panel of the air condition in the rooms is overriden by a controll panel in the reception, so that the guest doesnt have controll whatsoever of the temperature in the room ; whats more the guest is not informed about this (I got to know in the end after...
