Thank you for your kind review.
We hope to see you again soon.
We decided to spend an extra week on our own in Athens (following a 2 week group tour to the islands), and we were delighted to find the Carolina. We remembered the hotel from our "Europe on $5 a Day" tour nearly 50 years ago....More

We're happy that you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately it's central Athens, it's full of life and when there's fun there's always noise. We hope to see you again.
An excellent hotel conveniently placed for good shopping, places to eat and major archaeological sites. It's also a few minutes walk from Monastiraki Station with its direct links to Piraeus and the airport.
The Hotel is smart, clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely...More

Thank you very much for your feedback.
We hope to see you again soon.
It is an avarage hotel, breakfast is for extra charge.. Lots of caffeterias, restaurants and small shops around. Good location for visiting the all the landmarks around, walking distance to Acropoli. But some rooms are very small and there is nothing special about this hotel.

Dear Katerina ,
This winter we will make renovation, we will be glad to see you again.
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay and play. Its attractive features include small squares, some notable museums and the beautiful Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a
number of souvenir shops, offering classier items than you will find in the Flea Market. The most rewarding section to explore is the upper reaches towards the Acropolis itself, where many old stone houses with tiled roofs have survived. Up here you can find leafier corners and the odd quaint taverna with unobstructed views of the ancient rock.
