Stayed for four nights....visiting the ancient sites, which were not far away. Hotel is next to a metro station, and the hop on hop off bus stop, or if you are fit a half hour walk gets you to the Acropolis and the old town in Plakia and Monastiraki, where there are plenty of lovely eateries. We were given a...

Booked this for a 5 night stay, primarily to visit relatives, in a superior room with balcony and a view of the Acropolis, (yes, you can see it). Room spacious and clean. The staff are wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. In terms of location, there is little in the way of restaurants nearby. However, this is not a...

It's in a good location and in my opinion good value for money. I stayed for three nights on the 6th floor in a room recently modernised. The hotel does appear to be going through a period of planned renovation that did not interfere with my stay. The room itself I found too warm and the night noise did mean...

Hotel is at a very convenient location, you can simply walk down to metro station and reach any part of Athens easily. Service is very good and staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for convenience at respectable prices then this is the place to be. Pool location at top is awesome. definitely recommended.

Good location. We were pleased to be upgraded to a superior room on arrival. The Consierge was extremely helpful, leading us right down the street to ensure we took the correct road to the Acropolis. The room was comfortable with a large bed, TV and good hot shower. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast with plenty of options on offer.

Functional hotel, closed to the main areas of the city (Syntagma, Acropolis, Plaka, etc). Very nice and helpfull staff. Metro just at the entrance (best way to move through the city). Rooms are big and comfortable but bathrooms not. Nice rooftop.

It needs a totally Renovation. it is a very old and ugly hotel . The breakfast buffet looks rich but the foods aren't fresh. the room were spacey enough but uncomfortable bed and mattress. The only good thing is the metro station next to the hotel. The area is not very safe to walk alone in the night.

It was a lot of noise from outside, from the street and from the corridors, especially close to the lifts. Bathroom small and old-fashioned. Area is slightly down-market but very close to Metro station (Metaxourghio) the red-line to Syntagma. This is a big property with not much character. Bar on top floor (quite expensive) has a nice view. I was...

I have known the Stanley for many years, and stayed on quite a few occasions for a night or two. This time was a much longer stay as my daughter and I had business to do in Athens. The hotel location is very convenient to reach the centre of Athens, either by metro (Metaxourghio)one minute from the hotel, or by...
