I visited Athens with my parents and we stayed in balcony rooms for 3 nights. Rooms are big and cosy. The mattress is soft yet firm which was important for us since my parents are old and they can’t rest properly on typical mushy hotel mattresses. The housekeeping staff was polite and always readily provided us with water bottles, toiletries etc. There was a small maintenance issue as bathroom lights were not working in one of the rooms. We called the reception and they immediately shifted us to another room. Veronica at reception was extremely courteous and helpful. As tourists we had lots of questions. She politely and patiently answered everything and explained to me the best places to see, what tour services to use, where to find ATMs (with policeman nearby so as to avoid any risk of getting robbed), best restaurants as per our preferred cuisine etc. We requested for airport transfers and late check out and she graciously arranged everything. Thank you Veronica for making it a comfortable stay. 🙏🏽…
Not only an amazing hotel with a retro vibe, great staff but also comfortable beds, spacious room. Make sure to try a delicious meal on the starry rooftop bar & restaurant with a view of the Acropolis! 5/5! Should absolutely come back after you’ve been here!
The best hotel in Athens and I want say thank you to the best person there the best professional man steve marousis ❤️ It’s really amazing please with amazing people like Steve marousis u have to visit 👌👌👌
Great staff, great breakfast and atmosphere. Free spa service which is very nice. Great price. Enjoyed a lot!! Service is great, location is fun and I’d like to come back. Hotel is very cozy and nice.
I stayed at the Brown Acropol for 8 nights and felt so spoiled and looked after by everyone. The hotel itself is glorious, nothing can beat the rooftop jacuzzi - and the views from there. But what made my stay truly special was the staff. A special shout-out goes to Steve who was always super forthcoming, helpful and charming. (Thank you so much!) The spa area was also great - you just have to make sure to book it in ahead of time (for no additional cost) to reserve your spot. The breakfast & dinner is amazing and the restaurant staff also a dream. Highly recommended!
A super stylish boutique hotel, centrally located, walking distance from everything. Spacious rooms, high-end design and really nice vibe waited for us in Brown Acropol. An amazingly warm, caring and helpful staff lead by Georgia made our stay a really pleasure.
We absolutely didn't expect much from Omonoia square BUT it absolutely stunned us! The whole area is so beautiful and just a few steps away from Sintagma sq. , The acropolis, plaka and more. The hotel is amazingly designed, the staff are really helpful and welcoming and we immediately got every little thing we asked for (with lots of thanks to Lihi who was there for any small request we had). The room was quite big with a balcony and an awesome espresso machine. Great and rich breakfast with fantastic views of the acropolis. We would absolutely love to return!!
This is one of the best hotel in Athens! Great service all over. Great welcoming with cold glass of prosseco and a smile. Lee (from israel) is just wonderful. During our vacation she was always available to recommend and to book us places. This is a 10 stars service. Yana also was great and Vasili. Breakfast was great. Rooms are clean. Great central location. We cant wait to be bsck!
My experience featured both good and not so good points. Good: The upstairs bar and restaurant was a great place to spend time. Really pretty and the staff were personal and very welcoming. All staff actually were so attentive, helpful and friendly. This, and a comfortable bed often make a visit special and this had both. The spa was sweet also. Not so: I understand its a new hotel and hope my feedback will be constructive... The light iny 1st bedroom was awfully low. The hotel wants to create mood but it felt oppressive especially with little natural light too. I think if a hotel styles itself on the 60s it has to be so careful with detail. Retro/ vintage decor has to look exquisite or else it risks looking just worn and dated. I think this hotel did in places. The vinyl players never worked and felt gimmicky as did cocktail shakers in rooms. Would anybody use these? Finally, I needed to move rooms twice. The hotel has a basic issue with its ventilation system which was a constant irritant. It's loud and the fan in one room just didn't work making my room uncomfortably hot. To all their credit staff were so helpful to move me without issue. …
A beautiful boutique and pampering hotel, clean rooms, excellent service, perfect food and courteous and helpful staff Highly recommend, we will definitely come back again The roof of the hotel is amazing in its beauty, an excellent entertainment place with an amazing staff
