Elena, Dimitra , Friday ❣️- thank you so much for the personal attention, your good advices and care. Our vacation was amazing and you were a big part of it. We will stay there again for sure when well be in Athens. Great breakfasts, very cool Spa, everything was clean, and for shure this hotel is location best ! We highly recommend.
I wish we could rate our experience higher than a 5. The hospitality started upon entering a beautiful room with a personalized note with wine and dessert. Our room had a wonderful view of the Acropolis. The apartment is located in the heart of Athens, a few blocks aways from cafes, restaurants, and bars, and only a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis. The highlight of this establishment is the staff. Vasilis, Marta, and Sofia made us feel like we were the only guests there. Each morning started with a one-of-kind roof-top breakfast served in a basket with a view of the city and Acropolis. This was our first trip to Greece and first nights in Athens. Thank you Vasilis, Marta, and Sofia for making our trip so memorable and magical!
The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to meet your needs. The area can look sketchy but this hotel is the nicest hotel in the area. The room was perfect for us. You can see the Acropolis from the roof and it’s beautiful from there. They brought us breakfast in our room when we couldn’t make it to breakfast on the roof. The staff is super helpful and nice. We would stay here again 100%!
We loved this spot for our two-night stay. It is in a perfect location to get oriented to Athens and walk to everything we wanted to do. The staff was so warm, friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and so helpful in making the arrangements we needed. I would definitely go back! Thank you AP!
On arrival I was a little turned off as the curb appeal was not what I expected. very unassuming. When we entered the owner & staff were climbing over each other to point out sights, places to go & eat, help with the bags. They arranged transport to & from hotel, made calls out to the island to secure a transfer from the port. They couldnt have been better! They even had a small rooftop party with music. Location, Location, Location. When I asked for a place to eat the owner said turn right out the door and make your first right. Bam, lively bars & restaurants spilling out into the streets. Short walk to hop on hop off bus and main square. Room a bit small, breakfast was fresh & abundant. When I go back to Greece, I will stay at the AP Acropolis View.
From the moment we checked in until we left our stay was exceptional. Staff could not do enough for us, they were fantastic. The accommodation itself was amazing, spacious rooms, so clean and so central. It’s the little touches that matter, breakfast was ample with the hotel catering for all tastes. The hotel shuttle bus for our transfers and the lovely complimentary bottle of wine our 1st night. Nearby was an Irish pub James Joyce which became our local when we were there , food, drink really lovely and great craic! If you are going to Athens this is the place to stay
Travelled with family and we were very pleased with the hotel. Upon arrival, Vasillis and his team treated us like royalty. Review of the area, a note with sweets in our room - all very nice. We went out for the afternoon and when we came back, Vasillis treated us to wine and olives on the rooftop. The breakfast was a huge amount of food - all delicious. There was no way we could eat it all but we certainly tried. The location is close to everything and safe.
Great spot to start your trip in Athens! Staff was amazing. We have the room with the pool and it was perfect! Even has a TV inside the pool area. Breakfast was perfect with a great view. Would highly recommend!
Words can't express how special our memories for our honeymoon were staying at AP Acropolis View apartments. Sofia took care of us immediately and started off by offering us a glass of orange juice which after walking in 30 degree heat was much appreciated. She was so helpful and always had a smile on her face - she really made us feel so welcomed. This was our first stop on the honeymoon and we were welcomed to our room with a sweet treat from the management and a personalized note which made us feel so special. We stayed in the suite with the basement pool the first night and the standard apartment the second night - both were fantastic but if you can splurge for the room with the in-basement pool do it! It was absolutely divine!!! Both rooms were super clean and their toiletries smelt fantastic! The hotel is walking distance to the Acropolis, Monastiraki Square and tons of cafes and restaurants. We had a spectacular breakfast basket waiting for us on the rooftop in the morning and ate looking over Athens/the Acropolis. On our last morning, we had a super early ferry so Sofia and management arranged a basket in our room to eat before we left - such fantastic hospitality!!! We also lucked out as they had a Greek night on the rooftop one night complimentary of the management for guests where they had live music and snacks and drinks. We spent the night there are we had SUCH a great time having drinks overlooking the Acropolis. We did not want to leave this hotel and it was truly a special experience we will never forget. It kicked off an amazing start to our honeymoon. Thank you!!!…
Down a street of some empty buildings, street graffiti and some dodgy pavements/sidewalks lies this rather fantastic small hotel. With only 10 or 12 rooms ( I never counted them) over 6 floors, an underground jacuzzi, steam room and small gym packed into this place. How do they do it??? They cut down on the size of the lift/elevator. Which snugly fits one person and a suitcase. Two people at a squeeze but only if your with them😀. The room was spacious enough with a large bed, small seating area and large shower room. We had the triple room so it is larger than a standard double I assume. The balcony overlooked the street but the double glazing meant there was no noise disturbance. Breakfast is served on the top floor terrace with a great view towards the Acropolis and the wider city to the West. It is a continental breakfast with eggs, bread, cheese, cold meats, yoghurt and extras of jam, marmalade and honey. Coffee and orange juice come in a flask and bottle. They do give you quite a bit and with the fruit too you can take it away and have it as a snack lunchtime. This part is where the hotel exceeds, The Service is Exceptional!!!!!!!!! From extra towels, questions about the city and what to do to bringing drinks down to the basement jacuzzi when you’re using it. Vasilios, Sophia, Evie and all really do make sure you’re well cared for. The cleaning team make sure the room is organised and ready each day when you come back from a day of sightseeing, and it always looks like you’ve just checked in. The hotel so situated in Psyrri and is ideal for a number of restaurants and bars within 50-200 metre walk. You will not go hungry and there is a great range from cheap to expensive restaurants and some decent bars too.…
