All I can say is, amazing. I stayed in the room with a jacuzzi and it was fantastic. I requested some rose petals and bouquet as it was a anniversary and they captured my vision perfectly. Great staff but the best of it all was the night time staff at the restaurant. I unfortunately didn't get there names but they referred to me as the "Coolest man in the hotel" and treated me even better. Thank you for everything night team.
Stayed at the hotel from December 5th to the 8th. First night we got a room that made me clostrophobic upon my request they changed the room the following morning. Loved the location, it's in the heart of everything basically. Good breakfast the room and hotel are flawlessly clean. Thank you, Maria, your good reputation herein is indeed justified, hoping to come again soon.
Best location in town: Right in the heart of Athens, so close to Syntagma square and near Plaka, Monestiraki, and all the major ancient sights. large room, nicely decorated, Acropolis view, excellent restaurant , bar, and staff !
Spent a few nights here and loved it. The views from the rooftop restaurants were amazing. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. We were surprised at how large the rooms were-two different stays before/after cruise-both rooms large and well appointed. Front desk staff was very efficient and helpful. Would stay here again!
Location location location... :-) In a whole a very recommended hotel. Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. Very goods breakfasts. We took a room with hammam and it was wonderful to enter it in the evening after exploring the city.
Right in the heart of Athens, so close to Syntagma square and near Plaka, Monestiraki, and all the major ancient sights . The rooms themselves are very clean, comfortable with all the amenities. There was no iron in the room but you just call reception and housekeeping sorts it out for you. The staff were all really helpful even at the breakfast restaurant. The view of the Acropolis & Parthenon from the breakfast area is breathtaking! Now, that was amazing. Breakfast was amazing with traditional Greek pastries etc and ample choice. I’d definitely stay here again. Value for money.
This hotel is well located , in the heart of the shopping and dining area, Ermou. Room is comfortable, just wished they would have face towels. Breakfast on the 7th floor offered great views of the Acropolis and is good as the F&B manager thoughtfully includes some traditional food. A small suggestion is to consider changing the fruit selection, but it's not a big issue. Will stay here again.
The hotel has an excellent location just a short walk to Syntagma Square...BUT and it's a big BUT it is surrounded by street noise till the early hours of the morning . Our room was on Ermou street - a pedestrian street and we expected to hear a certain amount of "footfall" after the shops had closed. What we didn't expect was to have a guitarist with amplifier singing way past 1.30 in the morning. The noise could be heard even when the double glazed windows were shut. This happened every night of our stay .. the hotel staff moved him on but every night he came back . There was also a drummer - with full set of drums playing further down the street. The other side of the hotel facing Petraki Street is full of bars and restaurants - equally noisy on an evening /early hours of the morning. Breakfast is served on the top floor with stunning views of the Acropolis... but nothing makes up for the lack of sleep.…
Aris provided such a warm, memorable experience that we came back again before going back to the USA. The view of the Acropolis was fantastic and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend visiting when you are in Athens!
We stayed here for a few days as we traveled through Greece during our honeymoon and it was our favorite hotel of the trip! Rooms are super luxurious. We had complementary wine brought to our room! Beds are incredibly comfortable and each rooms has double pane doors blocking all noise from the outside which was wonderful. Breakfast in the mornings are a full buffet of food and drinks with beautiful views of the Parthenon which was awesome. It’s right on Ermou street which has tons of restaurants and shopping. It is also a quick 10-15 min walk to the Acropolis! Very much in the heart of the city so you can walk anywhere. If you don’t want to get dinner on the roof restaurant, which is delicious, there are a handful of places to eat right out of the front door. Say here if you’re staying in Athens it will be an incredible experience!…
