All the staffs were very courteous & smiley. Checking in process was smooth. Rooms were clean at comfortable. Location is reasonably conveniently located, near to the town and to the pier. Nansy (from guest services) was super helpful, friendly, such as providing info & advices during my stay.

Very comfortable hotel. Very friendly personal. Especially when the roof pool and bar works again, it is jewel an not so far away from acropolis and other archäological sites. For me the only manco was the missing of a smoker lounge. Yoe can just smoke outsinde the hotel

I am a member of the spa facility and decided to try a massage treatment with one of the professional yet friendly staff. Giannis was introduced to me by the manageress Maria and I found his service excellent, i asked for a deep massage and am pleased to say he delivered well. Breakfast dining table is far away from the buffet tables. The reception is very unwilling to upgrade my room even I used my suit room upgrade voucher. No welcome gift as a globalist member. The location is not close to the center. Taxi drivers are always increasing the price than its meter showed.

We are still in a transformative stage that will uplift our facilities and services including a new Grand Club Lounge on the upper ground floor (to be completed in April), a new restaurant on the 9th floor (to be completed in June) and the replacement of four-guest elevators that will improve comfort and make it easier for residents to access and use. Professional friendly staff who made the whole experience a real treat, we received a complimentary room upgrade on arrival which was most welcome and on departure we were surprised with a gift from the wonderful concierge team of an upgrade for an airport transfer in the hotel car. The room was very clean and well maintained, the breakfast has a great variety of foods for everyone. We will most certainly be returning.

Highly recommend taking the time to relax at the Aegeo Spa in the Grand Hyatt Athens. From the moment you walk into the reception, you are greeted with courteous and helpful attendants, ready to assist you with any of your spa needs. The Cretan massage was the BEST massage I’ve ever had, thanks to the amazing Sovik. His calm demeanor and intuitive touch eased all my body’s tensions. The ancient techniques used to stretch and realign the body using warm olive oil left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! I recommend adding on the body scrub prior to the massage, to help exfoliate the skin and increase circulation. Ask for Sovik and you won’t be disappointed! 5+ stars!!

We have a long stay in Hyatt Grand Athens . The rooms are spacious and cleaned each day . Very pleased with the service provided . The facilities are good and love the Aegeo spa located in the basement where . There is heated pool , sauna and good spa services . I came with body aches. My wonderful therapist , Sovik not only eased my aches but made me relaxed as well. Thank you Sovik! Keep up the good work.
