Impeccably clean, welcoming staff, and a view of the Parthenon from your bed. Vibrant streets all around for eating, drinking and shopping. The Bar and Restaurant has a nice vibe. This Hotel is a great value for its exceptional quality.
I've been staying at the Electra Metropolis since 2016 every time I visit Athens which is twice a year, Starting from the management, the reception staff, the bar staff chambermaids every member of staff is so professional, welcoming and polite... I have never had a bad experience whilst staying at the Electra, I am booked again in early March 2023 and late march 2023 and really can't wait, Not only would I highly I also send my friends and family there.... see you soon guys
Good location, nice view of Akropolis and the city from the top levels of the hotel. You can easily walk to the centre. Good rooms, clean and with all necesities. Try to avoid the peak hours at breakfest because then it is not relaxing to be there. Good gym.
Hi everyone! First I will start with the fact that this is an expensive hotel. But there is no doubt that its level is indeed high. The location of the hotel is great! at Mitropoleos street, next to the Ermou street , Monastiriaki, Syntagma square . Everything is in a walking distance. We ordered the Superior Double Room (Room 805) which was amazing, large room with a city view to the main street, every day it was super clean and we really couldn't ask for a better room. The breakfast is on the 10 floor, on the roof, with a beautiful city view and especially the view to the Acropolis. seen that every day was a bonus! Regarding the breakfast itself , there was a little disappointment, we felf that the variety wasn't good enough. but it didn't bother us much, but if you are a morning eater maybe it will bother you. the staff over there (on the roof) was wonderful and always with a smile! I felt that the reception staff was a bit cold in my opinion, Until I met Mr Nick Houliaras , Front office assistant manager, and I saw how kind and caring he is with every guest! I wish I met him at the beginning of my trip and not at the end of it. I also want to thank Nopi Mousailidou and Tzouvaras Pavlos from the Reservations Department, for answering patiently all my questions by emails before I arrived. And my last gratitude if for Athina Balatsou, Guest Relations Manager, who corresponded with me after I left the hotel ,regarding a certain subject, and explained things in a respectful way. Happy New Year! Ms Meital Zofy. Israel…

This was our fifth visit to the Electra metropolis Athens and the hotel is always exceptional! Our Deluxe room has the most amazing view of the Acropolis and has an amazing balcony that provides stunning views of the city. The room itself is spacious, well appointed, and immaculate, with a super comfortable bed and every amenity that one could hope for. The bathroom is exceptionally large and has plenty of counter space to spread out. But what really mades the Electra Metropolis so special is the staff. The personnel at the front desk, the concierge and the bellmen immediately welcome you every time you come in or off the elevator. They're friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. Check in/out is always a breeze! And the bar/lounge on the top (with the stunning pool) provide the best views in Athens and the best selection of drinks around. We've already booked our next visit and we can't wait to come back!…
Just returned from a three night break at the Electra Metropolis from December 1st to 4th 2022. On arrival the porters were friendly and offered to help with the luggage straight away. Check in was smooth and fast with no delays. The room on the 7th floor was a good size with a comfortable bed, sofa, table, desk, flat screen television and air conditioning. There was complimentary water, slippers and an easy to use safe. The decor of the room was very good, everything looked brand new. There was plenty of storage space to hang clothes and an inbuilt luggage rack next to the wardrobe. The room was quiet and I slept very well. The cleanliness of the room and hotel in general was excellent. The bathroom was a bit small but the shower was a good size and easy to use with plenty of hot water. There was complimentary tissue and various toiletries. The interior of the hotel was very festive with a beautiful Christmas tree, various decorations and lights around the entrance door. The breakfast had a very good selection of food and the staff were friendly with excellent service. I also ate in the hotel one evening and the food was very good and reasonably priced for a five star hotel. The view of the Acropolis and city from the roof top terrace was outstanding, during the day and at night. The hotel is located in a excellent location close to Syntagma Square and it’s easy to walk to the main tourist attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to this fantastic hotel. Thanks to all.…
We were very pleased with the size, condition, and cleanliness of our room and bath. We booked an executive room. The view from the room was ugly and we heard some street noise in the evening but not enough to interfere with sleep. The view at breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Our room was available when we arrived in the morning. No complaints. Better than expected. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an early winter break for a few days in beautiful weather in Athens. The hotel was a great find. The staff were helpful, the suite was really comfortable and had a stunning view of the Acropolis. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, but it it was a good breakfast spread, again with terrific views of the Acropolis. The gym was small and modest (two exercise bikes, a couple of treadmills and an elliptical, plus some free weights and a bench or two) but it was not crowded and enough for a decent hour’s exercise. I didn’t try the spa, but the rooftop pool was magnificent. A thoroughly comfortable and well-managed hotel.
It was amazing. My first time in Athens and I was firstly very impressed by the hotel and its staff. From the concerige to the reception, to the staff in the breakfast area and even in the spa. Everyone was so curteous and friendly. I could see their smiles even with the mask on. On my first day upon arriving I booked a massage session and the staff at the spa accomodated me even though it was quite last minute. I had a great time and booked a 2nd session the next day. Staff in the restaurant during breakfast were also very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was superb. Close to the main areas. I didnt have to take any public transport. I could walk everywhere that I needed to go. Would definetly return the next time I'm in Athens.
