Visited Deogarh for temple visit and stayed in this hotel for two days between 26.10.19 to 27.10.19. Since, most of the time roaming around the city, a decent place is required for comfortable stay at Night. Location is good and peaceful in nature and hardly 1 k from Baba Baidyanath Temple. Rooms are small but equipped with basic facilities.Staff are cordial and supportive nature. Restaurant food is good. If you don't have any high expectations and needed the basic requirements in comfortable manner, this hotel is good within Budget. Good for Budget Stay for short duration a day or two.

I was thinking that the hotel would have improved since my last visit to the hotel, but couldn't find much improvements. The lower level of staffs are good but the front office are not very good. the person at the receptionist are very rude and also doesn't cooperate well. While doing checkin they promised something else but while doing the billing, they did something else, hence be careful.

I always read reviews before visit to any hotel and same done before Deoghar travel. I saw the reviews of this hotel was mixed with bad and good experience. But when I reached there and on three night stay with my Family (Me, Daughter, Wife, Mother and Father) I really happy to see the cleanses, Active Hotel staff, Cooperative management and obviously good location. This is new hotel. The only thing I should point out that sometime Indian toilet not good for old people. The hotel must disclose before book the room as I was surprised to checkin the room and found Indian toilet. Also geyser not installed in every room where room rent much stander. Except that I think it is very good hotel for Family.

We, a senior couple stayed in this hotel on 17.02.2017 only from morning to evening as we came to Deoghar for darshan of Babadham. The hotel is a small one and the rooms are also to small in size. The most pathetic is the restaurant where the quantity and the quality are very poor. If one do not have other good place to stay, they may stay here only to pass time.

I had booked a couple of rooms this November based on the positive reviews on tripadvisor and other sites. But found this to be exact opposite. It does not deserve a rating of 4. 1. Rooms are dirty with stained linens and dust. 2. Bathrooms, cupboards and furnitures are never cleaned even on check-in. 3. Staff is inadequate. Even the few are untrained. 4. Service is maddeningly slow. 5. Network is poor - Wi-Fi and TV. 6. Have a tendency to deal everything in cash even though they have card facilities and highlight that on their website. Seems fishy. 7. Rooms are small and furniture damaged, though this is the least of their problems. 8. Food is average, though does not justify the cost. Should never book this hotel even if the price seems tempting.

I had booked three rooms on 19 th Nov for stay of my family and friends during mundan ceremony of my grand son in the famous Shiva temple at Deoghar. After reaching there, all of us appreciated this hotel and all the amenities were more than expectations. Hotel is newly built and all fittings are quite new look. Though bed is new but it's design is having sharp edge which is unsafe for kids. My grand son slipped from bed and suffered with cut injury on his face due to very sharp edge of bed. Room size is smaller but it served our purpose. Though it's location is not far away from temple but any household goods are not available in the vicinity. Tea is very costly compared to its quality. Overall our experience was nice except the incidence of injury of my grand son due to defective bed design and same feedback was given by other customer also. Therefore, I would advise management to either replace the bed or at least modify it's sharp edge design for safety purpose. …

found this hotel on TripAdvisor and booked it through some other website. The rooms were small and good upon the first checkin but subsequently felt there are problems with the property 1. one side of the rooms were facing garbage and the smell of the garbage disturbs the room, specially the bathroom whose windows are open. 2. the service of restaurant is very very slow. you need to wait for atleast an hour for any type of order. 3. the room service is not good. they don't clean the rooms daily, but you need to request them daily to clean the rooms. the staffs are very helpful and courteous.

I stayed here with family for two days, hotel was neat and clean. Room was little small but manageable. They have underground parking facility. I didn't order any food so I will not comment upon that but tea is good, they served tea in dirty plastic crockery but on request they have changed it. They offer wifi internet with slow speed and it disconnect in every few minutes and you have call reception to connect it again. (I Guess they have some issues with there ISP). Hotel is good, I will definitely recommend this to others who visit deoghar.

we stayed in this hotel for two nights. our stay was very comfortable. the manager Shri Gourav Karmkar is a thoroughly gentleman. he makes all efforts to provide all assistance and help to the guests staying in the hotel. other staff members of the hotel are equally helpful and polite. the rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and clean. there are four connections of wi-fi making use of internet smooth. i will recommend my friends and acquaintances to this hotel. I appreciate the staff and manager shri gaurav and wish them all success. i also wish grand success of this hotel.

We stayed for one night in this hotel . Our stay was overall very comfortable , the best thing about this place is its CLEANLINESS . Located quite close to the temple and market . Rooms and bathrooms are decent . People are helpful and cooperative. They have free Wi-Fi a big plus in a place like Deoghar.
