The hotel is very close to Gare du Nord railway station, Rogier metro station and Rue Neuve, the shopping street. The room was clean and spacious with a big desk, nespresso machine with coffee capsules, kettle and tea. The bathroom was quite big with very nice free toiletries and even a scale. The only thing that was not the best... More

The hotel is located near the heart of Brussels, 11 minutes by train from the airport (+a few minutes walking from Gare du Nord), and a short walking distance from the Place Central. Breakfast was good, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room in the attic was charming, with the bed located in the gallery above... More

the location is good, close to north station and close to city center (10 min walk). the room was clean and quiet. they have a very tasty coffee in the room served for guests. no complains but nothing extraordinary. the breakfast starts at 7, which i usually think is a littlebit too late but since very close to the north... If you need to be in this part of Brussels and you want to avoid one of the more expensive places, then this is a decent option. Avoid the breakfast - it is rather basic and, quite annoyingly, the bread and rolls were not very fresh.

The rooms themselves are quite nice, although small. I was staying for a week and had 3 coat hangers in my wardrobe, I asked for more and got another 3?? There was a few of us staying at different times, almost everyone had problems checking in and out of their rooms, some people paid twice. Some where told they werent... More

The hotel is situated in 5 minutes walk from the North station and 1 minute walk from the subway. It is about 10-15 minutes from the city centre and very close to shopping area. Beside this there are plenty of restaurants and fast-foods around. They take the whole payment on arrival. The hotel has cozy, clean and nice, but quite... More

Found this hotel to be excellent, very central and good value for money. It is quiet and does not have a restaurant or bar. They found serve breakfast but we did not have it as it was expensive and there are lots of places around to have meals. We did a day trip to Bruges and it was really worth... More

The hotel is in a very good position (close to the station and the city centre). However for the stardard (four stars) and the price you pay, one would expect much more. At breakfast the food was scarce and of very low quality, the coffee machines were only distributing coffee and not milk. We asked for refilling but it come... More

We were in Brussels for 2 days and we tried to book something close to the city center. The hotel is quite average for a 4 star rating. I didn't like the room that much. The space was quite small and some of the furniture pieces were pretty worn out. Bathroom was ok, nothing special. To save time and make... More
