We stayed for 6 nights and asked for the room to be cleared of any decorative furniture so that we could have a more spacious room - this was done very efficiently. When, on the first evening there was a problem with the router on our floor, they moved us to another floor after offering us a choice of other...

Excellent choice for business travellers in very reasonable prices. The hotel is situated very close to Gare de Bruxelles-Nord which connects you directly to Brussels Airport. It is within a walking distance to the most popular shopping area "Rue Neuve" and near to Rogier underground station. They also provide Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms.

The reception was well appointed. The hotel was located on a street within walking distance of the train station which my wife and I found desirable. It was also within walking distance of the Grand Place but it is for the more physically fit. The room was furnished adequately with a minibar. (We used ours to cool drinks that we...

Metro station Rogier is 1 minute away, around the corner, but to go to Schuman you need to change metro. Polite staff. Rooms are modern and clean but a bit small. Bathroom nice and clean but with no amenities. Breakfast was ok but with very limited food variety. Good location, close to a shopping area and a mall. Grand Place...

Only stayed one night after business meeting, but it was a very good hotel. I stayed in an executive double bedroom, it had all the facilities I needed, nice bar to have a drink, comfy room with tea & coffee, bathroom with accesories and breakfast was very good, mix of uk and continental.

I stayed here for a night. The hotel is near Gare du Nord and a shopping street, which was nice. A couch in my room looked a bit old, but it was comfortable and worked fine. I like the lobby space where there are many cozy couches to sit on and massage chairs. The staff were nice enough. The wifi...

The waitress at the counter next to the breakfast salon charged me 3.5euro for a coffee due to a confusion (I was told that the breakfast had to be ordered there - I had the breakfast included). They refused to give me the money back. Never ever again.

Nicely decorated rooms. they look new and they are spacious. Lobby was also nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only problem is the breakfast. They charge 15 euros for a breakfast buffet which is poor in variety as well as quality. it should be either improved or offered for free.

Excellent hotel. Great service and very helpful receptionists. Good position near to the metro and train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet. The hotel has amazing massage chairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

I visited Brussels with a colleague and were provided with this hotel by our travel people. At first sight it's not that welcoming with very low key branding etc, however once inside it has all you might need. For me on my own the the double room I had was fine, however if you are sharing it could be a...
