It's near Botanic, the underground and the gardens, so check on a map where you want to be. But it is walkable or good tram/underground links to get around eg to expo is direct at about half an hour and on same line for Eurostar. The staff are helpful, the room was clean, the cleaners were friendly. It is basic...

For starters, the location is not too bad - the tram lines 92 and 93 have stops right outside the hotel. The stop is called Gillon. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms were clean and bed was comfortable. There is a super market close by (Express). Now to the bad parts of our experience. The air conditioner and intercom didn't work,...

Its a budget hotel so don't expect too much. Value for money and very basic. Rooms were small to our likings. If you want to stay for 1 or 2 day then its fine but not for longer stay. Staff was helpful, location is in middle of Brussels North station and Grand Place. Take bus 65/66 from Brussels central station...

Two day trip to Brussels. Hotel was perfect for my visit. Just out of the centre of town, which gave a better price for the room per night. Room very clean and the beds comfortable, I liked the linen they used felt quite luxurious. Size of the room was adequate, no soundproofing on the windows though, it did sound like...

I was travelling solo for the first time and was a little apprehensive. The hotel had a cosy look and I immediately felt comfortable. It was very neat and well maintained. I had no issues with the facilities and the choice at breakfast was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and were forthcoming in providing tips for...

Been there for business for two times. This hotel is the one that you get what you pay. Every member of staff was kind and helpful. Every morning they cleaned my room even I do not request. They all the time provided clean towels. All the time there was a vacuum cleaner that collecting dust and dirt. So happy to...

I was my first time in Brussels, and due to the recent events in the capital, we could hear a lot of sirens going by. It's a nice hotel, and quite close to the Central station. Clean, and tidy. I would recommend.
